Melting clear runner to the point of reshaping it would not go well.

I should say, with fire, it would not go well. You can use certain glues that will melt plastic.

I'll just sand the biggest part of the clear yellow runner flat for now and wait for Decade. Then cut and polish the runner, and paste.

One of the YouTube videos of the kit shows him next to the SS Decade and it doesn't look too bad! I'm happy that his head is a little more in proportion compared to the SS. A truly awesome looking model kit. Mine has already shipped from HLJ.

My biggest disappointment with the kit are those pink pads on the upper arms. It's molded in black as single piece where a pink molded part could have easily gone.

It's great they managed to get that silver line on the side of his head. A lot of figures forego that small detail.

Seeing the way the head is made in real time, I'd really like to see someone use this kit to make bald decade
