Same. I mean if you're gonna actively play around with them a lot, then sure I can see why the lack of the default weaponry can be annoying.

But chances are they'll be on display more than played with, so I'm perfectly okay with the saber being holstered while I display the members with their signature weapons.

I'd rather have had the Ranger Stick in gun mode than combined with the Thunder Slinger personally (dunno why they chose that mode especially) but it doesn't really bother me either. Especially if Ptera has the same accessory paint rub problems Tyranno did.

It doesn't make sense to me either. Why include a weapon that was used 3 times in the show as opposed to the one that was used 42 times?

So you have the same problem with your Tyranno and Dragon Ranger's having their hands blackened (or reddened) as I am?

I'm pretty much expecting at this point that, unless it is a 2 pack, all exclusives for Sentai will be in windowless packaging. That is why I really don't give a crap if my package has MMPR, Zyu, or Dai on it.


That is you though. I wanted to do a picture and maybe display the five rangers doing their attack with their Ranger Swords together like they do in the show.

While I wish I could say that is possible, I don't know. In the lat 6 months it seems like something is changing with the Figuarts line in the accessory count, which sucks because that is one of the reasons I stopped collecting everything else for this line. The quality control in their DBZ and Monsterarts figures are crap. Accessory counts are shrinking. Effect sets seem to be diminishing. Something just seems off lately.

Blade, Iron Man, and War Machine are spectacular recent figures that come with everything + effects parts

The Wizard Dragon forms were pretty good as well and come with tons of hands, in addition to sword, gun, and dragon parts

You are right, Blade (along with RyuuRanger, Kyoryu and Hurricane Red) are definitely the highlights, so I can't really say it is on every Figuarts, but something does seem to be off lately and I'm not really sure why.

Can't speak on the Marvel dudes though because I hold no interest in anything Marvel toy related.

I haven't noticed it on my Dragon Ranger, but yeah my Tyranno's got it.

Is there maybe a way to put something inside the hand to prevent the paint rub? Like maybe some clear tape perhaps?

I'd like the Rangers to hold their weapons, but if paint rub is such an issue. I haven't even dared to put them in their hands.

It's not that the paint rubs off of the weapons, it is just that the weapon colors seem to dye the white hands.

I see. Still, would maybe putting some clear tape or something help it maybe? And are the Zyurangers the only ones that have had this problem?
