Soul of Chogokin? They've been around for a while now, it's Super Alloy meets superb engineering.

As for it being a Figuarts type, not really, it's way bigger than Figuarts, I would say the SRC (Super Robot Chogokin) line is more close to Figuarts level in terms of size and pricing.
