Okay, AoBlue and I tested it out, and we can have our Pokémon become LV50 by selecting "Flat Rules" as the rules in the Wi-Fi Club. It also allows for these rules-

The Following Pokémon are banned- Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect.

No Doubles of a Pokémon species- Like no 2 Lucarios in your team.

Pokémon can't hold the same item in your team- Only one of your Pokémon can have a certain type of item, like Lucario can be the only one to hold a Leftovers.
