well i look them up and the only old sent pre gao is zyu and kaku

I know NinjaWhite is under 15 during pretty much the entire run, don't know about Zyu.

I can't speak for all of them, but I know that at least the actors in Goranger, JAKQ, Battle Fever J, Denjiman, and Sun Vulcan were all or mostly all in their twenties. Some of them were probably even pushing thirty. Teams full of teen heroes were a much later development.
