I drew him just standing there so that you could just get a good look at the design. I didn't know what to do with the Dalek, so I just put it where his cutie mark would normally be.

Inspirations: K-On! (main look of the outfit), flowers ("petal head, flower mark on hat), Kamen Rider Wizard (Dress-Up Ring Top Hat), archers (quiver and weapon)
Weapon: ModArrow. A bladed bow that can separate into two small blades for ModCyan to use. The arrows in his/her quiver automatically respawn, so she/he never runs out of ammo.
Transformation Device- Old ModBelt, Cyan ModPass

Not that he wears girls cloths or anything, but in some cases it'll be easy to forget he's a dude. Closest example that comes to mind is Tiera Erde from Gundam 00.
