Honestly I care little for this in itself and more for what it means in a wider sense. All we've had is the elitists blabbering on and on about crappy AkibaRanger accessories and now Power Rangers fans have had something made for them, it proves we have a voice that is valued in a way that the elitists try and convince us of otherwise, I can't wait to see what this means for the future!

Don't turn this into an "elitist vs casual fan" type of argument or something. There's a valid argument to have the Akibaranger parts included for those who care and the people who don't care also have another valid argument as well. Same thing with the whole Tiger Ranger thing. People can argue it either way. Don't incite people by calling them elitists. All you're doing is asking for trouble to start at that point.

Am I still the only one excited that they were willing to modify or create an entire new release solely on the want of the Western audience?
Think of all the possibilities this could lead to! When GoGoV gets Figuarts, maybe we could actually convince Bandai to make us a Titanium Ranger now, for example.

The possibility of a female Tiger Ranger is a huge, huge development, because it proves that there's enough of a voice here to actually make them consider and care for the Western consumers beyond "Eh. Just slap a sticker on the box and call it a day."

I swear if we ever get a Titanium Ranger release, I will kiss the feet of Bandai for doing so.

yeah that's what I, and assume others, have said! Even if its just an extra accessory or two that represent the Ranger, itd be really nice to have stuff made exclusively for us, that recognises Power Rangers is its own franchise with fans who aren't automatically interested in the sentai stuff. It feels like we have a voice now in a way I dont think we often did before.

Well and wasn't it confirmed that Zed will be a Figuarts Zero? That alone speaks volumes about the influence of this market. There are some exclusive US elements that I'd kill for like Zed, Titanium Ranger, or the Jungle Fury Spirit Rangers. And it's great that those are now a legitimate possibility.

The fighting over Tiger Ranger even getting a release is overshadowing everything else about this :lol

I didn't hear about a SHF Zero Zedd!
I'd love for any of those 5 to get a Figuart release, preferably non-Zero, but I guess a villain still is a hard sell, even in the Western market.

I think it's wonderful news! Because for some franchises they are 'dead' in Asia.

For example, DBZ. I was told by a sales rep (I live in Asia) that the DBZ SH Figuarts aren't selling in Asia so if I wanted to see more releases like regular Goku, Freeza/Frieza etc, it would depend on the US or 'west' demand.

Fast forward to today and we have Freeza/Freiza and Cell! C'mon US fans please buy more SH Figuarts especially DBZ! :)
