I'd do a write-up, but that'd require I actually watch Gokaiger and not read synopsis.

Unfortunately I'll be dead before I get done watching the first episode as DSL sucks for... everything, really.

It goes like this: All the Sentai fought the Zangyack Empire prior to the show, but their victory came at a cost, their powers were spread out across the galaxy as Ranger Keys. The Gokaigers found most of them, before coming to Earth. As there were still some on Earth (I believe the Hurrcangers got theirs or something). That, and the universe's greatest treasure is on earth, and needs all the Ranger Keys to get to it. So the Gokaigers come to Earth, and the Zangyack Empire's son, Walz Gil (Vecker in Super Megaforce. Stupid, right?) So, Monsters of the week show up, The Gokaigers get Ranger keys, Gokai Red's rival, and former crew mate shows up with His monkey...blah blah blah. The son gets defeated, then his dad shows up, then he gets defeated.

In terms of characters.

Marvelous/Gokai Red: Cocky guy with additude.
Joe/Gokai Blue: Cold, serious dude. Used to work for the Zangyack.
Don/Gokai Green: Nerd. He takes care of the technical stuff, and he's kind of goofy and pretty dorky.
Luka/ Gokai Yellow: Tough girl jewel thief. Loves money (and jewels).
Ahim/ Gokai Pink: Was the Princess of a planet before the Zangyack blew it up. She's rather girly, but isn't afraid to fight and she can be pretty crafty.
Gai/ Gokai Silver: HUGE Super Sentai fanboy. He's really goofy.

I am just going by vauge memories, so some of that may have been wrong.

Yeah... See... I got all that. The amount of time I've spent on TV Tropes could have been better put towards developing a skill, or carving a house out of a cliff face.

I'm just saying that to get an actual feel for what the heck I'm writing, I'd need to go on a viewing binge and actually WATCH the series as opposed to just reading about it.

If Disney was still doing the show the rangers would still have super powers.

Oh yeah, and rap music. God awful rap music.

And a story that's actually worth following.
I'd trade a shit remix of Go Go Power Rangers for that any day :lol

WF,NS,DT and SPD all had decent themes though.

WF has still Saban. The other three were decent, but everything after sucked.

Wild Force and Dino Thunder have the best themes of the Disney era, with SPD coming a very close second. I take it back. You're right about all four. Because as much as I loved Mystic Force that opening left alot to be desired.
