You know, it just hit me.
Does anyone else think that bit from an earlier episode showing Kouta charging into battle again Baron with an Inves army could be Decade-esque foreshadowing? Considering what's happening to Kouta, it seems like it might be alluding to Overlord!Kouta's final battle against Kaito's "Knight in Shining Armor". It helps that the 43th episode is listed as "Baron's Ultimate Transformation", which could be a hint towards either Kaito becoming an Overlord or being given Kiwami-esque powers to destroy Kouta after he goes over the edge as an Overlord. |
All I wanna know is where the heck is GAim's horsey?!
We see the pony in the Opening... And not one HORSE has appeared on show.... I demand to see Gaim's pony now. |

O.O
when I posted my ramble two episodes ago about how I thought Mitchy's plan to keep Mai with Roshuo as protection and a final test to see if Humanity is worth saving would actually work and change Roshou's mind...I half expected to be wrong. I didn't expect to be proven right in just two episodes...but Rousho giving Mai the forbidden fruit and then fighting Kouta and Kaito to test if there really was a human worthy of the fruit . So does that technically mean Mitchy helped save the world from being destroyed by Overlords. I mean I don't want to give the psycho too much credit as I know he will most likely become the next big threat to humanity, but it's an interesting thought. I was hopping Mai would convince Roshuo to change his mind by using her strength that I have grown to admire in the series like how she immediately takes charge when she knows of problem and works her ass off to change or adapt to a bad situation no matter how hopeless it seems...but no it's just that she says something that reminds Roshuo of his dead wife... still great episode thought |

Well I think it was his dead wife that chose him to be king since she had the one red eye and all that, so by giving Mai the fruit, he was helping humanity in the only way he knows how. Ultimately it didn't work out for them, but he's gambling on the small chance that it might for the humans. He's easily the most cynical character in the show, but when he gave Mai the fruit, I realized that he might have been hopeful and naive in the past, I guess an eternity with a bunch of douchebags is a terrible fate to endure. |
Shout out to the overlord queen for seriously being really beautiful.
