Are you talking about the Japanese version being listed on the box? Funimation was posting everywhere that that was a typo and stores were supposed to wait until they received corrected slipcases before they sold them.

Shows how out of the loop I am. I would have bought it either way, but would have been nice to see the original.

They are planning to release the original series later on, they just couldn't do it in the same set due to the video being unable to synch up with the Japanese audio. Also, I believe the Japanese licensors told them not to either.

Halloween Miku was always the one that got away. She sold out before the preorder period ended and then just always ended up being too expensive. Finally found one at a good price on ebay randomly. I'm not a huge fan of the SIC gaim design, but Jinba and Kachidoki look so fucking good so I figure i might as well go for it while he's pretty cheap. The oversized MP10 was like 60 shipped at tf-direct so I couldn't pass that up either.

Also got lucky and found wave 2 of GOTG out in the wild. I didn't think I'd see them for a long time .
