What's the point of archiving your Showa-era toku series by promoting it as an International Channel when there aren't any language options for 99% of it? |

 If I recall the point of that channel is basically advertising for people who want to license stuff. Like "Here's some subbed episodes and here's the rest not subbed". It's basically them fishing to see if they'll get a bite for someone wanting to license it. |
