To summarise, there are no reprisals here, beyond Ankh’s arm being played by the original’s understudy.
Eitoku's busy with Revice so that makes sense to me. I don't know if Takaiwa is busy with anything but I guess it was more convenient to use a new actor for OOO.

(I kind of find it funny that Mezool's suit actors are both men).

Well, didn't Takaiwa just leave JAE and said that he'll just work as freelancer?

If you meant the owner of Cous Coussier, then Chiyoko was confirmed alongside Eiji, Ankh, Gotou/Birth-X, Date/Birth, Hina, Kougami, Mezool?s Greeed form VA, and Satonaka, ages ago.
