Dammit, I'm holding on to my "preorder" at TRU.com like a fool and a dreamer then :lol

He's exactly 99.99 in Canada, with the 30% off sale that happened recently, he went down to 69.99.

I had it on preorder too but it kept getting moved back and I got nervous. Ultimately I paid $8 more than I would have for my preorder(including tax) so I thought it was worth getting in-store.

It's a great figure, though. I like it MUCH more than MP01. Of course I paid $25 for that at Walmart on clearance. :D

I really wish I had the money to get some more Figuarts. I just paid the prorated amount and security deposit for the apartment I am moving into Thanksgiving weekend, so I don't really have anything at the moment unless I really do get a paycheck for orientation on Wednesday.

Say what now? Well aren't you lucky. I paid $150 for MP-01L. I didn't mind all that much though. MP-10 is indeed way better.

I got Masterpiece Skywarp for 5 dollars and DVD Prime for 25 at Walmart - back when I collected Transformers...

Everything is minty fresh and absolutely beautiful. I spent a grand total of $340, which honestly is pretty rad considering what's all here.

The only problem I'm encountering now is what to do with this sort of power... It's not often you come into possession of brand new 20-year-old Power Rangers toys... I'm considering Reprolabels, but part of me wants to keep them bald.

Also the styrofoam, it's fantastic to see it again. It's one of those things you take for granted until it's gone.

Went to the London MCM Expo/Comic Con on the weekend as usual saw very little of interest toku-wise (just an overpriced trumpet from Kamen Rider Hibiki and an overpriced SIC Kiwami Tamashii Kamen Rider Todoroki), however I did manage to snag this guy...

Best part was, Square Enix themselves had a booth selling them there so I got it for roughly its price on amiami (+ shipping). I'd call that a bargain!

Exactemundo. Gun toy safety laws in the US require such caps on realistic gun toys. Even MP Megs had to be fitted with them for sale in the US.

Best G1 Megatron ever. Great gun mode, and great bot mode, this is a top tier 3rd Party TF in my opinion.

Honestly, I'm not into Transformers anymore. The movies, Prime, and the cancellation of Animated killed my interest in the series. I even rewatched the original series earlier this year in its entirety hoping it would get me back into the show without success.

Plus, I'm not into "official" bootlegs, especially ones that are priced that high.

The philisophical discussion of what a "bootleg" is is entirely too lengthy to discuss here. However Hegemon is not a "bootleg" in that it isn't based on any prior design of any kind. It's totally original. It borrows the characters likeness obviously but to call it a "bootleg" doesn't at all describe it accurately. It's a completely original toy.
