Is that the US or Japanese version?

I bought the Japanese version of Daibouken, and was planning on getting the other mechs eventually, but then got a steal of a deal on the black/gold Ultimate Daibouken version, and it is awesome. Now I can't decide if I should sell the regular Diabouken, or get the other five mech (which will cost me what I paid for the black/gold Ultimate Diabouken).

Thats he JP Daitenkan :) The US releases (aside from the Battlefleet Megazord) were all pretty pathetic molds. The black/gold sets are all mighty expensive though man. If you didn't get the Ultimate Dai Bouken gift set then I don't think it would be worth the effort or money to track the other machines down separately. I got the entire show colors set for $110.

Oh yeah, more recent purchase gloating! It's too big for my lightbox :lol

Good for the most part, i did have to glue a gap together on my jetgaruda and the hadle of my shield broke off when i dropped it :(

Definitely getting Super and Gedou Red. I think I either need one more Shinken Red or I have one extra depending on how I plan on displaying things. Originally, one of those was supposed to be a Mass Effect custom. I'm kinda hoping for a Super Kaoru.

there certainly is something about the regular version that I like, but I have to say I prefer the more cohesive look of the Black/Gold version. Also I got it for not much more than you said you paid for yours, so I'm definitely happy with it.

Nice! I was definitely tempted by the black gold set. I could have gotten one for nothing much more than I paid for my regular color set but I usually have a preference for show colors is all. The Ultimate Dai Bouken is a beast for sure. Though by most Sentai Mecha standards it is tiny! The Gobuster Ace is as tall as a full Ultimate Dai Bouken :lol

Really? Wow. Mine hasn't arrived yet (though Gorilla/Rabbit did, and they're alright). Ultimate Daibouken is just so much fun, with all the different mechs to play around with, and the different modes and whatnot. I think Ace or the full GoBusterOh is going to have to Really impress me, or I'll be selling the DX mechs off and sticking with the Minipla kits.

Any sign of the candy GT-02 or Rh-03?
