But you do raise a fair handful of points. I definitely haven't watched enough Kabuto to know exactly what goes on with Hyper form, but my line of thinking was Decade turning himself into Kabuto and using Attack Ride Illusion to put numbers in his favor. It seemed to work for him in All Riders vs. Dai Shocker, but that film was mind poison anyways.
Plus, he could use Clock Up outside of being Kabuto in Movie Wars 2010, so he has a number of other Decade advantages like Invisible and Illusion there. Still doesn't negate Hyper Kabuto, though.

Tough call... if it weren't for OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders! Ichigo.

I'm voting OOO. I genuinely believe OOO is one of the (If not the) strongest Riders of all time.

OOO all the way. He would hands down beat Ichigo. As much as the original Rider rocks I just don't think he would stand a chance. Too many different forms and abilities that he just wouldn't be able to defend against.

I think Den-O and Matrixbeast covered everything i wanted to say, so yep I'm voting OOO too.

OOO has a huge advantage in how varied his fighting styles are.

Ever since Decade's movie (Where he gained the ability to drop the IQ of every Rider in his vicinity by 100 points), I've been completely anti-Decade.

But here's the thing: OOO and Kabuto are legitimately more powerful than Decade. But Decade is riding the "Hurr durr evry rider" wave, getting him a free pass (In addition to many people having Decade be their first Rider experience, similar to Gokaiger for who are now Sentai fans).

Having the powers doesn't make him any stronger than the others. Decade as Kuuga could kick a monster and it'd die. Kuuga could kick Decade and wipe out a city. But NOPE. Decade is stronger because Decade is Decade. Decade as Kabuto can move at super speed. Kabuto can FREELY STOP, REVERSE, AND ALTER TIME. But NOPE. Decade is better because Decade is Decade. OOO is fueled by desire, and once Eiji realized what his true desires were and tried to obtain him, he became nigh unstoppable. But NOPE. Decade can beat him because Decade is Decade.

Let me tell you who Decade is. Decade is the 13 year old anime fan's cliche ridden, 'perfect', "Original" character who got elevated to legitimate character. Decade is a nobody. How does he solve his problems? By figuring out who to copy next (Gokaiger was even worse in this regard, since at least Decade didn't start with all the powers, we got to see him fight, but I'm not gonna get into that). His growth amounts to "Stop being a colossal dick for no reason," and the only reason he still exists is due to a BS deus ex machina involving his inexplicable girlfriend (Who would do anything for him because...Love) killing him then convincing the Riders of other worlds (Whom he just went on a killing spree against) that he was worth remembering and reviving (He's also the leader of the villains too, giving him a super powered evil side).

Who is Kamen Rider Decade? Kamen Rider Decade is just evidence that, yes, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, and Kiva can, in fact, still kill monsters when a bad cameraman in a stupid haircut can't handle it.

Yeah, I get what Matrixbeast is saying. Decade could have every single weapon & power-up Kabuto has, but at the end of the day, no-one is better at being Kabuto, than Kabuto.

I voted for Ichigo. OOO is powerful and all, but he doesn't have the skill and power one gets from forty years of destroying evil. Honestly, even with all the form changes I just don't think Eiji is all that good of a fighter. Hongo is.

I still have to go with Kuuga as being the overall most powerful. He's a skilled fighter, he never backs down from a challenge, constantly seeks to improve his power, is able to overcome the darkness at the center of Kuuga's power, and has a really versatile mix of forms available. Plus there's the whole part where Rising Mighty can blow up an entire city block with a Rider Kick and he still has two forms that are even stronger. Honestly, if he ever had to I'm pretty sure Godai Yusuke could mop the floor with any other Rider.

Hey, come to think of it, where the hell is Kuuga in this Rider poll thing?

Kuuga was put up against Ichigo in the first ever similarities battle, but people voted for Ichigo, which is why he was able to enter the tournament. Kuuga will take part in the second tournament though

Just look at Decade's skills and traits.
-Can use the powers of all preceding characters.
-Is cold and aloof despite the loving friends.
-Has girlfriend who inexplicably loves him and would do anything for him.
-Has amnesia.
-Is a genius and perfect.
-Has one flaw that's not really a flaw.
-Can outfight the best fighters.
-Can use every power perfectly from the get go.
-Has a superpowered evil side.
-Everyone inexplicably likes him from the moment they lay eyes on his stupid haircut.
-Can freely act like a jerk and never get called out on it.
-Is the destroyer of worlds.
-Is too good for this sin filled world.

Many of these can be applied to Kabuto. Thing is, it's either played for laughs or Kagami is too busy making the story amazing to care. Decade was too busy relegating Kuuga to "Bystander who can't do anything so Decade will always be the hero and look the coolest" to make that difference.
Tsukasa can't carry a series. Yuusuke never got to do anything. Natsumi is a horrible female character. And the grandfather (Forgot his name) was the only tolerable character.

That wasn't the case in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders! Granted, he had Nigo's help, but he also reduced multiple kaijus into puddles.

So what it comes down to is Skill vs. Power.

As for Kuuga, he may be superior to OOO. I wasn't really thinking about him when I made that statement :lol

We have the guy who creates multiple time paradoxes and survives... against the guy who IS THE PARADOX, and fully capable of creating more. I've said it once, I'll say it again: D-D-D-DECADE!

He's not a paradox.
He had one mission. To destroy the AU Riders to prevent the worlds from merging. He instead befriended them and essentially doomed them all by allowing the worlds to merge and start the Rider War.
Then lots of laser beams and the writers forget that stories should have endings.

Decade isn't a paradox. He's just an idiot.

Kabuto survived the Shibuya meteor and the Zect vs. Neo-Zect business, pulled the Hyper Zector through time, defeated the man with a blue rose, threw another meteor into the first meteor to reduce the size, changing history and setting off the events of Kabuto, and gave his younger self his Rider belt.

Decade must destroy the AU Rider worlds in order to save them. That's a paradox.

Kabuto changed history, but in order for those changes to remain permanent, he'd have to take the meteor back in time to Shibuya once that meteor arrives in the show's timeline. Otherwise, he'd cause a Grandfather Paradox.

Decades mission is technically a paradox then, not the man himself as he proved he could do what he wanted, and by doing this he never actually went through with the paradoxical scenario.

Also being a walking contradiction doesn't make you super powerful.

No, it's not.
Note that the Rider who gave him the mission was the original Wataru, Kamen Rider Kiva. In the AU, he found a child version of Wataru, the AU Kiva.
Decade's mission was to destroy the AU Riders so that the Original Rider worlds would survive (That's why the original Riders came to kill Decade during the end).

And Kabuto's scenario isn't like that. The meteor that crashed into Shibuya was the remnants of the two meteors that collided in God Speed Love (The original, gigantic one that turned Earth into a deserty wasteland, and the smaller one that Kabuto pushed into the larger one when he traveled back in time). It's not a grandfather paradox because, as Kagami's disappearance on the pod back to Earth revealed, the timeline presented in God Speed Love ceases to exist because the circumstances that led to it were radically changed.
In short: There was no paradox because that timeline and universe (Neo-Zect, Caucasus, Ketaros, Hercus, etc) no longer exist for the paradox to occur.

Kabuto. His series has always been one I've wanted to watch and oh gawd dat suit. Tendou himself seems pretty cool too.

If Kabuto clocks up, what can Decade do? (Note: Transforming into Kabuto and using his Clock Up card IS NOT countering him. It's just putting them back where they started)
If Kabuto Hyper Clocks Up, what can Decade do? (Hyper Clock Up can freeze or reverse time, depending on what Kabuto wants to do)
If Kabuto takes Decade in a straight fight, what can Decade do? (Note that Kabuto's signature Rider Kick is a counter move in and of itself)

Saying Decade can counter Kabuto means nothing if you can't prove it.

• Complete form can summon the other Heisei Rider's most powerful forms or turn them into them.
• Can turn other Heisei Rider's into their FFR forms, however this is irrelevant in this battle, due to the battle only being between him and OOO.
• Can destroy other worlds, irrelevant in this battle, as the situation has their worlds merged to fight.
• Weakness: Belt can be removed from him, Ride Booker that contains his cards can be taken from him. When he summons the most Powerful form of another rider, he can only summon one at a time and has to keep pressing and removing the Ktouch. The Rider can only mimic Decade's actions

OOO:

• Has 137 combos (125 random, 5 main, 1 midseason upgrade, 1 Super Mode (PuToTyra), 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Super TaToBa), 2 special (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani), 2 alternative {with Kangaroo Medal}) possible due to mix-and-matching core medals
• Can revive any Rider turned into a core medal via Scanning charge.
• RideVendor, which comes in multiples; ToRideVendor can absorb excess energy from RaToraTah combo and allow him to function properly.
• Can turn into a one man army via GataKiriBa combo; by creating multiple clones or turn into each of his Single colored Combos (and TaToBa) by granting enough of the GataKiriBa clones the Core Medals needed. Can also conduct electricity from it's horns.

• Super TaToBa is an advanced form of TaToBa from the future, allowing OOO to keep up with those who stop time/can accelarate through time, by momentarily stopping time itself
• Weakness- Cores can be taken from him, Belt can be removed in extremely close proximity. If shifts into Greeed form, may go beserk.
