My plezuon finally shipped from eBay. Waiting on that and the brave box!

I'm still planning to actually get all the Kyoryuger mechas, I'm hoping to secure a pre-order for the DX Gigant-Oh that's for sure cause I really wanna see how far I can go in terms of Kyoryuger Mecha Combos :)

Just snagged a kentrospiker candy toy off ebay, I was worried that one was going to be tough to get!

After playing with plezuon for a bit, I'm really quite happy with him. I really can't wait for bragigas now. I wonder how big of a dent he's gonna put in my wallet.

Plezuon arrived today! I love, love, love him! Been playing with him heaps, so much fun to transform into all his modes and combine and he looks great. At first I thought Bakuretsu Kyoryujin was dumb looking, but he quickly grew on me.

Also, to prepare for Bragigas, tracked down all 13 Guardian Batteries except for Deinosgrander. Now I'm Uming and Ahing over getting the Gold Mobuckle that comes with it. I got the Mobuckle in the "Brave Set" that came with it, Gaburicannon and Gaburicalibre and its pretty meh, so I'm not sure if I should double dip to complete all 23 Batteries or just wait for the next Candy Set that includes him. Just having one I don't own though is really tempting me into just buying it for peace of mind.

I really can't wait for Tobaspino. I bet he'll look great combined as Bakuretsu Spinodaioh. I hope he retains the ability to turn into him.

I've got a question for any of you who have the DX mecha.

I've always loved the DX robots, and I've been buying them all up since Shinkenger (And that's not counting all the PR stuff I've got) and I've had a blast with them. I've lost a bit of faith in them due to the clips and breakages of those clips.

I know that the GT-02 was notorious for breakage, but I've had a clip or two wear down and break on some of my Goseiger mecha (Which are really the big red flag for me, I've not seen any reports for those). The Kyoryuger stuff looks fantastic, and right up my alley, but considering the whole gimmick of the line is held together through those very clips I've been pretty weary.

I was wondering how the Kyoryuger clips stand up over time, or if concern about clip breakage is just commonplace and it's just something to accept with Sentai robots?

There have been a few issues with the Kyoryuger line, mainly with kyoryujin. Many people, myself included have had issues with some of the clips on Gabutyra breaking, mainly the ones on the battery plate and where the arm zyudenryu connect.

I've also seen one person report they broke Gabutyra's leg while turning him into Bakuretsu Kyoryujin, but to be honest I think he must've been forcing it down to manage that.

Raiden Kyoryujin seems to be the biggest risk, but I've put my mecha in every formation many, many times with no breakage.

It looks a little weird due the head on Tobaspino being longer and lower than on Gabutyra but still pretty sweet looking :D

I really wish I had peace of mind that I'll get him as soon as he's released, but I know I'll have to go through the whole charade of finding him despite having a pre-order, which sort of sucks. He really looks brilliant!

Sad that he doesn't seem to be able to read other Batteries tough. I would've hoped he'd retain that gimmick of Gabutyra's too.

If the spoilers from the end of the movie mean anything then we could see Tobaspino appear later in the series and possibly even form Bakuretu Spinodaioh. Generally summer film mecha appear at least once in series down the road. That's been the trend in the last decade or so.

I don't think the black versions of the toys get screen time.

Max Victory Robo Sigma being the only exception I'm aware of.

it wouldnt surprise me if it's an evil version of kyoryujin, especially of it being releasing during the season, usually they are released after the seasons are over.

I guess GaoGod could be seen as a black repaint, even though there's a real Black GaoKing.

That, and God is an actual remold, too. Not just a black and gold repaint.

so anyone know a good place to get the Zyudenchi's for non-ridiculous prices? I need the main 10 atleast but I cant even find 2, 3, 4 or 5, Pteragordon, Ankydon & Bunpachy seem to be everywhere but not the others

If you're not interested in getting the DX mecha, I think your best bet is just waiting on eBay. All 5 of the main Jyudenchi have been rereleased several times in Candy Toys, Gashapon and even giveaways, so they're worth very little. The hard ones to get are Kentrospiker and Deinosgrander from what I've seen in my collecting of all 23, but you're only getting the main 10, so you're good.
Plezuon only just started coming out, but like the others he has several releases in Candy Toys and Gashapon lined up, so he'll be common soon enough too.

So after all my defending the clips on these figures, it seems my left Pteraidenoh Jyudenchi port's clips are broken.
I don't know why, I've been so gentle with it and there's no visible damage, but it just won't hold Parasagun anymore.

Really, really devastated, to be honest.

EDIT: So I've managed to "solve" the problem by cutting up a gift card into small squares and wedging it in the gaps to the right of the clips. The problem is that the clips don't grip Parasagun because they move, so this holds the clips in place. It is still incredibly annoying and means every time I change him from Pteraidenoh Western will be a lot of effort. I'm not happy. I have really been EXTREMELY gentle with these toys, I can't imagine how amny crying kids there are in Japan through this toyline.

I was playing with the buttons in Gabutyra's mouth and i found lots of interesting phrases including a list of Super Sentai teams and a list off of all zyudenchi.

Anybody else get a Magnabiss feel with that pteragordon head?

Yeah, I think someone had toyed around with Gabutyra to play all the teams in order without all the necessary batteries earlier.

My Plezuoh Mini-Pla box arrived. UGH! At the assortment 2x Plezuoh A, 3x Plezuoh B, 3x Plezuoh C and 1x each of the Kyoryujin parts.

So now, in my quest to have every Kyoryuger Mini-Pla mode displayed I still need-

In a perfect world I'm hoping the Bragigas case will have 3x Bragigas and at least 1x Gabutyra.

If you want all 23 but wanna sit out on the DX and Role-Play, then Candy toys are probably the best way to get them. You'll get a lot of doubles if you buy the case, but I'm sure they'll be easy enough to sell off to break even.

The Kentrospiker toy is pretty crap and overpriced, so I'm getting the Candy Toy case with it and Deinochaser and Futabain (who are also toy exclusives for toys I don't want otherwise). I'm not sure what the case assortment is, but I'll most likely sell the doubles I get.
Deinosgrander is the last difficult one to get, but he's in an upcoming Candy Toy set so I hope he'll become more common soon. If not, I'll just suck it up and buy the Gold Mobuckle.
All the others are in lots of Candy Toys, Gashapon, DX Sets and Role Play so just be patient and I'm sure you'll find them, just keep checking eBay. CSToys also has a lot, but I think they might overprice their stuff a little.

The way I got them/getting them all was:
1-10 DX Toys
11-12 Candy Toy Set 05
13 is in the Gold Mobuckle
14-16 came in the DX Brave Set (Gaburicannon and Mobuckle)
17-19 are in DX Set 01
20-22 are in DX Set 02
23 is in Candy Toy Set 05

But yeah, if you don't want the DX Toys or Role Play Toys, the Candy Toys will get you the full 23 batteries and they're pretty common separately. The DX Sets are also pretty cheap, but all the batteries in the DX Sets are also in Candy Toy cases.

Luckily, unlike with Ranger Keys, Gashapon and Candy Toy Zyudenchis are identical to DX ones, so there's no problem with going for the cheaper option.

EDIT: Also I forgot to mention, there is in fact a DX Set of all 23 Batteries plus extras coming out with metallic paint, but it's pretty pricey at around $100 and I don't think pre-orders have gone up.

ive already bought DX set 01 and 02. I do have plans to get the Gaburichanger and Zandar Thunder at a later date once the prices for those come down.

Just keep checking CS Toys, Mandarake and eBay.
