That actually answers a lot of my questions, thanks! I kind of want to get either climax form or sword form, but neither can be found on mandarake and they're pretty expensive on ebay. I guess I'll just have to do like I do with LT&HM and just be patient?

Yeah, just wait. It took me a while to find some of them on Mandarake, but even the one that took me the longest to find (Liner Form/Zero form) was still only 2500 when it finally showed up. I haven't ever felt like they were fast movers on Mandarake, once they show up they should be in stock for a while.

There's also a Super Climax form, if you don't want Urataros that comes with Climax Form, but that will will run you more like 5000, so you might as well get an extra figure for cheaper.

Yeah, if I got Climax I'd just get the regular. I like pervturtle.

That's kind of why I want to get both. I like Momataros and Sword form just as much as Climax and turtle.

Just an FYI, I preordered Gatakiriba through a seller on eBay and I received an email this morning from them informing me that it's been released and will be shipped out in the next few days.

those OOO's SIC are far too tempting

I've yet to pick up Tatoba myself, and just barely picked up Tajadol. Tatoba is on my "to-do" list for May and June.

The OOOs are what suckered me into the line. Gatakiriba will actually be my first in-hand SIC (Tajadol and KT Kuuga Rising Ultimate are in my PoL at the moment) so it'll be a cool first-time experience.

The OOOs SICs are the best way to get into the SIC line. They look great, but are still very drastic departures from the show suits, but look fantastic. W was what got me into the line, but if I hadn't known about it OOOs would have made it a sure thing.

W tempted me to get into the line, but it was Diend that blew me away. Ive got him Cyclone, Joker, Skull and Fangjoker specifically so i can pose them beside a figuarts. OOO's are next on my list

My Gatakiriba arrived today. Since I hadn't seen any elsewhere yet, here are pics of the box and inner bubble. I'll take more pics of the actual figure a little later when I have a chance to take him out.

Yeah after seeing pics of Tatoba's and Tajador's packaging I was hoping for a window too. The metallic green really shines in-hand and I figured the packaging would want to show that off.

Here are more pics of Gatakiriba himself. I'm really impressed by this thing, it's very impressive and gorgeous to look at. There's clear green plastic on the shoulder pieces, the legs and back. The way the head is molded, he can't really look up, but that aside posability is pretty damn good.

The standard limbs and insect limbs are pretty easy to remove and peg in. The edge of the blade on the arms is actually clear green plastic, which was cool to see (I guess I hadn't looked at the official pics from last year closely enough, I hadn't noticed it previously.

Not sure how clear it is to see here, but another thing I hadn't noticed previously is the clear chest pieces are actually three different types of clear green plastic (emerald, lime and a foresty green).

For those that are getting him, just an FYI to be sure to tuck in the top of the clear green piece that is a part of each leg into the hip piece so it doesn't get in the way of moving the leg up and down. It's not fragile (the clear green piece is a softer plastic, so you don't have to worry about snapping it off or something) but just something to remember if you haven't owned one of these OOO molds like I haven't (I don't know if it's the same thing with Tatoba or Tajadol).

The little compartment on the hip is the only piece that is really loose. It can fly open if I'm handling Gatakiriba after opening it only a couple of times so I won't bother storing the silver coins he comes with in there since I'd rather not lose them as tiny vacuum bait.

From the looks of it, the insect legs aren't any different from the ones that came with TaToBa. I do like that the normal legs are metallic to match the overall color scheme making them different from TaToBa's legs. I don't know a lot of people here that have TaToBa and also plan to get GataKiriBa other than Den-O, so I guess I'll just have to compare them more closely when I get mine.

DAYUM. I know it's like 7000 yen retail but good god that is a ridiculous price.

From what I've seen, the SIC OOO figures have held a pretty high value on Mandarake, I don't think I've seen TaJaDor for under 9000 yet, and it's only been the last couple of weeks I've seen TaToBa dip down to 5000, but it's not hung around long.

Unfortunately, due to all the many other things I want to collect, and the need to cut back on how much I spend, I won't be getting any of these SIC OOOs figures in the foreseeable future.

I wanna know who BBTS's middleman is…seems like they're charging them an arm and a leg for this kind of stuff.

One wonders how BBTS manages to remain in business. From the insultingly high markups to the outrageous shipping costs and so-so selection they seem like a last-resort for the obscenely desperate. And if you're that desperate, well...

Yeah, I got Tajador because I saw him for a decent price, even if he ended up costing me about the Mandarake askign price. But TaToBa and the exclusives/ No dice. I'll just wait for PuToTyra.

Yeah I put in a preorder at BBTS just in case but I'll be looking elsewhere to see if I can snag it for cheaper like I did with Gatakiriba. I got that via eBay for a little over $100, a lot better than the nearly $150 BBTS was asking for it.

How's the quality?

Pretty great. I've had it for a long time now so there's no mysteries and it's fully broken in.

There's two main points of concern, though, both easy fixes and one is just confined to my sample. First are the scarves. They're not the same, in fact they're sculpted opposite, and the one that I believe is the original mould is very thick and heavy. Not cripplingly so, but enough that it doesn't like to be moved around constantly or else it jumps ship. Basically it just needs to be removed before deconstructing the figure or else it will fall off into the pile of form swap parts and send them to the corners of the known univerrse. The other scarf, the new one, is much thinner and lighter and looks awesome. It's the one I now give to CycloneJoker, since it's lighter, has a tighter joint, and make him way more fun to pose and handle. The second point is the crest. The crests are pretty clearly designed for a specific "side." I.e. the one crest I have which has a wash spot on it is menat for Cyclone Joker and the clear one Joker Cyclone, if that makes sense. Trouble is I don't like the spot of wash, and while they can both swap, the "clean" crest doesn't fit quite as well. Both fit fine of the non-swap heads, though. (and I feel bad that I don't keep them as CycloneCyclone and JokerJoker, since CC's regular head is a REALLY good and super symmetrical sculpt)

The hands swap much easier than my other SICs and the posability is aces. For a while I thought I had gummed up the shoulders, but then I realised the bicep is actually a sleeve that goes over a hard plastic skeletal arm. As such it can sometimes get pushed up into the should cover and make you think "oh God what's happening" when really it just moves freely.

I got my first full sized SIC today with OOO TaJaDor. This toy is gorgeous and I love it. I'm starting to consider getting either TaToBa, CycloneJoker or the Skull/FangJoker set. Those medals are tiny though, and what's worse is that the Taka and Condor medals like to fall out of the driver sometimes. They even were out of the driver before I opened to toy and were loose in the tray :/ Anyone else have this issue with any of the SIC OOO?

AFAIK, no issues. As for the driver, maybe some VERY light clear nail polish on the pegs will keep it together and the medals in. (Also, just Taka and Condor? Kijaku stayed in there all by itself with no cover?)

One issue that's only been developing with my TaJaDor recently is that his left wrist peg is showing stress marks, making hand swappage kind of terrifying. I have no idea why the wrist pegs on him were shrunk for the W SICs which swap hands fine. I don't own any other OOO SICs.

CycloneJoker, or at least the combined CycloneCyclone and JokerJoker, is one of the best action figures I own. Granted, the original CJ has a jiggly midsection since it just sits there and doesn't peg in place, but otherwise it's a great figure. When Extreme'd up, he's hardcore. Skull and FangJoker are excellent and well worth-it. Solid like rocks and still readily available. The only downside is Skull's hat just doesn't stay on at all. There's no way for it, it's just supposed to sit there. I guess some sticky-tack could work, but just know before-hand he's deffinitely more display-focused out of the box. FangJoker is, again, basically perfect for what he is, and he has no jiggly midsection. (and no hats to fall off) Swapping his right hand is tricky because the peg removes to swap his wrist cuff. Also, gaia memories are like core medals except smaller and harder to see. Be carefull. Also also, my snail sensor's eye piece won't come out, and when I tug and twist the plastic rips. Then again, turning the eyes over for transformation is kind of a pointless step, and actually less accurate than just leaving them up.

The driver stays together fine, the problem is the medals slip outside of the windows in the driver that you see the medals through. Kujaku stays in just fine, I suspect the window may be smaller. Also, is there any diecast on TaJaDor other than his kneecaps? I don't need a toy to have diecast, but when the word Chogokin is in the name I guess I expect a bit more.

It feels like there's die-cast something in his torso, though I can't pin it down, and bits of the belt maybe. (the medal holder feels very rigid and weight-y for plastic) Frankly I wasn't even aware his kneecaps were metal. SIC's, while sporting metal, don't give it in chunks. I think it's to offset they're quite heavy due to how dense they are. The W SICs, for example, only have bracelets and anklets metal, as well as FangJoker's blades, but make up for it by being basically a bunch of solid plastic pieces all crammed together with little empty space anywhere inside.

That's weird that the medals slip through the holes. That's not even how you get them out, they should be way too small to fit.
