Just picked up the Godzilla Millennium figure from the Fusion series at K-Mart. Got a good deal too. The sticker said $9, but it rang up as $7.

Devastatingly, I noticed my Hurricane Dolphin's tail wasn't in exactly the right position on the Senpuujin I got today and pushing it in the right position made the two sides of the joint shatter. I've super glued the pieces back, but there's still a visible crack.
Upon research, this is an unavoidable design flaw in the figure, in which the sides of the dolphin don't leave enough room for the nubs on the tail joint. So a (late) warning to anyone interested in ever getting Senpuujin- do not try and get the Dolphin's tail as far back as its supposed to go, or it will break. The side effect is the arm leans closer to the body then it should, but, as I found out, its better then the alternative.

Seemingly the design flaw was fixed for the "Storm Power Megazord", but even with a crack, I prefer my painted and diecast dolphin, I think. I just wish replacement parts for old Sentai mecha weren't so impossible to find.

gosh, that's terrible. I guess I would just get the PRNS zord for play and then uses the sentai one for display.

Dang. I didn't realize all those movies were on blue-ray. I've been so out of it movie release wise for the past few years.

I have a lot of horror movies myself, but most on DVD and really don't feel like re-buying movies I already have again in a different format. The exception being VHS to DVD...but a lot of my movies aren't even on DVD...so until I get my lazy butt to buy a VHS to DVD converter or something, I'm still kicking it old school on what playback device I watch movies on.

:lol Halloween 3...Good god i haven't thought about that movie in forever. I feel like that must have been a strictly OCD purchase , so that your collection didn't jump from 2 to 4.

I've never seen any of the Halloween movies before outside of the original and the god awful remake. I decided I wanted to watch them all this Oct, but Netflix only has the 6th one, Amazon Prime had 3 and 7 to rent for $3 a piece. Vudu had 2 and 8 to rent, also for $3 a piece. The PS Store only had the sixth one for like $5 to rent while On Demand had 2 and 3 for $4 a piece. No one had the 4th or 5th movies, so my g/f just decided to buy them instead of paying to rent them. Of course, we'll watch them all once and never watch them again, sell them off in 5 years, and then about 8 years after that wonder why we sold them off. lol

In fact, the only movie out of the entire lot she bought I have seen is the first Hellraiser.

You've never seen They Live? Good movie if you're a fan of classic B-movie. One of the few movies I've seen with Roddy Piper as the star I'm a fan of. If you've played Saints Row 4, they even do a nod to it.

Halloween 3 is awesome in my opinion. It just gets bitched at because people can't get past the fact that it doesn't have Michael Myers.

They're folders that are packaged with magnets for some reason. They were only ¥200 each so I said 'what the heck' and grabbed them. I've ended up with a lot of useless PaSwG junk. Another set of folders, the papercraft figures... At one point if it was listed for preorder at HLJ, I just bought it as not to miss out, whether I really wanted it or not as not to miss out on something potentially neat.

I feel exactly the same way about Halloween 3.

Considering how bad some of the movies with Michael Meyers are, I don't see that as a problem.

And then sorting through this mess took up most of my day. 6 are mine, about another 2 thirds are going to a co-worker, and the rest will go up for sale. I got my coworker a loose lot that had 22 of the alphabet series and all 4 of the base series. I also got Arch Tiger for myself and forgot to snap a pick of it. Now I am only missing Yuutenma from the alphabet series.

Gaburevolver came yesterday.

I watched THey Live last night and loved it.

That's cool. It really is one of those movies everyone should see at least once in their life. It's a sci-fi/horror movie, but with some jabs at society as well in it with the subliminal messages everywhere.

Plus the classic line Roddy says before he blows away a bunch of the aliens in one scene.

Another cheesey but good Roddy Piper movie to see is Immortal Combat. It's only available on DVD (really early DVD cases), but Amazon has some used copies for descent prices.

Finally my waiting paid off and I snatched up a Sealed DX Gosei Great off HEJ for $47.

Can't wait for it to arrive now!

I don't think I would ever display Hardboilder with the Dashboost on it, so I skipped. I've got Turbulator on the way though, and it was only 600 yen!

I agree, I just grabbed it for the completionist in me. The Turbulator is awesome, though, and may get slapped on for a while. You did better than I did on getting one, I paid 800 yen for one and 1200 for the other, though I don't remember off-hand which price was the Dashboost unit.
