I hope for the adaptation they play up the fusion more, really loved the concept of Gabutyra loving Daigo so much he wanted to fight with him always, providing him with a new set of powers, was really disappointed when the show then got distracted by sweaty shirtless Daigo.

Maybe they'll call it like Mega Dino Mode though, given how these things go haha.

Super Carnival mode. The mentor is a red T-Rex-looking guy (think a nicer version of Mesogog) named Carnival who can become the Red Tyrannozord and also fuse with the Red Ranger because... and this will be the Super mode for 2016.

Going by the past seasons it will probably be called Supercharge Mode.

In Super Samurai they got the Super Samurai Modes and in Super Megaforce they are called Super Mega Modes.

Your examples of Gaim, ToQer (Which I admit I hated at first but now adore, Mio!), and Kyoryuger support your point. But then I give Go-Busters and toy sales that existed somewhere south of mediocre. Then so were Fourze's if I remember right. And since these shows exist for toy sales..

Dino Charge's ultimate success will be measured in toy-sales, not whatever happens on screen.

So by that logic, everything Saban is doing now is good thing?

Not saying that. I'm saying that nothing will change long as he has the ratings and the toy sales to back up everything he's doing. Which he does in spades.

That was a fantastic read, shows that even former employees think Saban has missed the mark on their return.

I really agree with the villain statements. By Enter being literally unusable, it would've made the plot a lot more stable since they would be able to build the villain around the plot, rather than vice versa.

It is funny though that the TL;DR of that blog post is 'Go-Busters was dropped because Saban is lazy'. Like when even ex-employees are saying that, Saban needs to sort themselves out.

Also, I hadn't noticed that Saban had never tackled a 3 character season before until it was brought up. Huh...

It's does give me a shimmer of hope, since even people working with the man agree with the general consensus now. :lol

Some toyline speculation for Super/Dinocharge:
Megazord will be Kyoryuzin renamed (Sambasaurus Megazord?)
Parasagan, Zakutor, Ankydon, and Bunpachy all being the buy-it-separately Zords
Plezuon, Ptergordon, and Tobaspino being stage 2 zords in pricepoint
Then we see SpinoDaiOh and Pteraiden-Oh Western as Megazords

Superdino charge:
Bragigas as the new Megazord, alongside Allomerus, Kentrospiker, and Stymero as toyline-onlys
Ovirapoo, Igeranodon, Pukuptor, and Deinsochaser as small zords
Tuperanda and Gurumonite, with a possible Deinosgrander as the large zords

Basically, I'm expecting them to Wild Force it.

I doubt they'll keep the dance theme. The only time it ever played a role was during the pre-transformation dance (Which was out of suit) and the combination sequence for the mecha (Which they don't need to use the same music for (Saban loves inserting dialogue over these sequences)).

Not to mention the whole power of music shit comes totally out of left field, it changes everything, sure but in a sort of nonsensical "we are totally playing this by ear lol" kinda fashion.

I think all of the zords will be rename. I'm betting Gabutyra will be called "Electric T-Rex Zord". I think the Zyudenryu in Gabutrya's name translate into "Electric Beast Dragon" from what I can remember.

I'm hoping they keep the pun bit, so in Dino Charge the Zord can just be nicknamed Chomp.

With news that a company who makes spy toys partnering with Saban to make a toy line for Dino Charge, I'm pretty sure Go-Buster will be incorporated into Dino Charge in some way

Maybe the spy stuff could be toys that don't exist in the show. PR has toys of stuff that is never seen in the show.

That begs the question, which has been asked before, why announce toys that aren't in the show before the toys that will be?

I predict that the Red will be as emotional as a thumb tack, the dialogue will be more stilted than a circus preformer, the villains will be on par with a Broadway production of Les Miserables by comparison, and the forum will be bitching about how much it sucks LOOOOOOOONG after the series finale in 2017.

Oh, and Sentai will go apeshit at some point because of some godless bastardization done to his joyful pink demon knight waifu. :lol

I bet they'll use the "dollar store Halloween costumes" of those two extra Deboss for the entire run of the show and they'll be the only villains.

The easiest way to do this? They're Go-Buster lookalikes out of suit, who do spy stuff and use their spy gear+batteries to transform into dundunDUN... Kyoryuger. Simple and effective, they could even splice in some establishing shots of the city with energon towers if they fancy, thus meeting their quota for footage.

Everything else will be a direct translation of Kyoryuger. I'm doubting the dancing/musical aspect will make it, but stranger things have happened.

Of course all of this is assuming they don't just throw a load of unused footage in credits/end credits, like Disney used to.

I don't think most people were 'enthused'. Everyone was skeptical, but hopeful. Then after some Super Megaforce shennanigans, everyone got a little less hopeful.

The split for and against seems roughly about the same to me. If opinions have changed, maybe it's because the recently aired episodes of Super Megaforce have shown the level of "quality" that Saban is producing these days? Why take it so personally?
