What's Yokai Watch?

It's Pokemon with cats. Lots and lots of cats in different outfits that you build plastic models of. And there's watch that scans these OOO Medal-esque things that they come with.

Yokai watch is a series of 3DS games by Level 5 and toys by Bandai.

the basic premise is that there are Yokai/Ghosts/Spirits out there. some being dicks some being friendly. you befriend them and get a medal off them you can use in a watch to summon them.
its basically pokemon with a DX rider toyline attatched to it.

the medals can be scanned by a 3DS as well for in game stuff so kids buy lots of medals

And if Skylanders was still fresh and super popular, that might be fun to import over to the West. Maybe.

Its not skylanders. its just a rider/sentai collectable line with a game. you dont need to buy a single medal to beat the game from memory

Drive is actually selling fine, the reason you can find them in stock still is because they actually are restocking to meet up with demand. It wasn't till later in gaims lifespans that they actually met up with demand, that's the reason it's so easy to find the later lockseeds but not the first ones.

Dude calm down. Yeah kamen rider went into the toy with a game business and you may hate it but that doesn't mean it must die.

So I just got the Drive Drive today has anyone else noticed max flare's ratchet joint being a lot harder and louder than type speed's ratchet joint? Is this something i should be worried about when playing with max flare?

Ive had mine since TK01 was released and Ive had no problem with it. as long as you remember to put the tire with the screw side down on the torso your should be fine.

I think he means the Shift Car Max Flare, not the Tire that goes with the TK-figure. He talks about the ratchet joint where the under-section of the Shift Car is stuck in the Bracelet but you move the rest up to shift gears.

But the answer is still the same, if you don't use too much force nothing bad should happen.

So funny thing I've noticed with the drive driver, I'm not sure if its the speed I'm putting the shift cars in the bracelet or my hand slightly blocking the signal to the belt but I've gotten 3 wrong cars from the bracelet. I put in max flare once and got the frost car's. I put in type fruits and got Formula 01 and then recently I had swapped from fruits to Max Flare then put type Fruits back in and it gave me Funky Spike. Its actually kinda funny when it happens.

Are you putting them in all the way? otherwise you my have a defective driver that's misreading signals

Pretty sure I have been its only happened on those 3 occasions so i'm wondering if how i put them in have been a little light or they missed a button some how. Also not sure if this is normal but its a royal pita sometimes to get the belt to detect the bracelet if the light part isn't focused at the clear part of on top of the belt at times.

Just got My M-Chaser figure today and man is it good. First off all the weapons are molded in a dark grey plastic instead of the lighter grey shown in promo pics and really works well with Chaser's black and purple color scheme and of course that Bandai Silver!. Chaser really makes me wish we would get figures of at least the basic form roidmud but hey what you gonna do. If there is one major drawback (nicpick) it's that's his finisher weapon does limit the movement of his right arm as it attaches to both his back TK peg and into his arm. Maybe if the coil part was a softer plastic but as it is it's a fine toy... now just have to wait for the rider crosser.

Still working up to getting the main figures, but...until then: Candy box guys! Ever since I learned about candy box toys (back in high school), I've been in love with the idea. There would normally be no reason to get the regular figures AND tiny versions, but I'm a sucker for those dang candy box toys. It helps when they're as awesome as these guys are. Simple, but awesome.

...tons of stickers, though. At least they line up with the places they're supposed to go and tend to stick well. Even if they don't, a tiny tab of glue fixes things.

They look good though! With Chaser especially I thought he was the TK before I realized these look kinda different.

How big are they? I can't really tell because I don't know how big the Castle Grayskull is.

Ah, I should have had some size comparisons! Perhaps I'll take some later, but for now, they're about the size of a G.I. Joe, so about 3.75.

The lighting in that pic makes me realize how good Chaser would look in red.

Actually the lighting is only a small part of it - the color is sort of a burgundy, rather than the dark purple on the regular toy.

Yes. Assuming yours can double as a credit card, which most can.

Most likely no. Those sites mostly prefer paypal and/or credit cards.

when you say debt card, do you mean debit card? if so of course you can.

Just link your paypal account to your debit card, easy peasy.

I remember you can with Ami Ami but Paypal is easier and faster to do in my opinion.
