Geed Magnificent and the fight with Pedanium Zetton was pretty cool and I really liked Kei and Riku just losing their shit at each other. These last couple of episodes have really set up some big stuff for the rest of the series, I can't wait until next w.... oh, it's a clip show. :/

Just saw an interesting bit of news. Apparently, Hiroki Suzuki, Gekired, will guest star in episodes 14 and 15. I wonder if he'll play some role in Riku acquiring his final form?

You mean Royal Mega Master? That's in episode 17. Episodes 14 and 15 are the ones with Zegan.

Geed Magnificent is totally a Magnificent suit! I love this show, and the episodes continue to be amazing.

1. I didn't know they already revealed the form's debut episode and 2. I know Zegan appears in episode 14 and 15. I was just wondering if he played some role in Royal Mega Master's debut, give what was said in the article.

I was kind of annoyed that Geed's final form is a fusion rather then a unique form, such as Orb Origin, but I guess that kind of makes sense given his origin story. I already love the look of the King Sword though and Royal Mega Master itself has grown on me a bit sense I first saw it. I find it really amusing that he has a beard though, especially since, if I'm not mistake, he's the youngest Ultraman in the franchise.

I'm not in love with Geed's final form yet, the design is not really working for me, but maybe I need to see it in motion first. I do however like that the second capsule for the fusion is Belial.

Speaking of Belial, I'm so happy that he comes to Earth in his standard form and beats some ass. I was a bit worried that they would have him debut in his new form. Seeing him like this makes me believe that we will have a few action scenes with his classic suit and they will give him his new form later, kinda like with Zero, and I'm fine with that.

Also, that Fire Leader form is cool, it needs to appear in a crossover with Kamen Rider Build and Kikaider! :lol

To be honest I think the "original form is my strongest form" worked with Orb since they build on it since the very first episode. If Geed took a similar route just to get a unique form it would seem to me like they're out of ideas. They are already reusing the fusion theme, which is okay but not terribly different from what Orb did.

And you're right, story-wise Geed's original form would be Belial's Ultraman form, and that appears to be the case as the suit we see on Geed when he takes form but before the fusion fully happens seems to match Belial's, at least the head is clearly the same:

Why it is specifically this form even though Belial's body was already in his Reionics form when Alien Sturm was given Belial's DNA is beyond me though.

Maybe they specifically engineered Riku to become a real Ultraman and thus removed the parts of Alien Rayblood? Could be the case. Maybe that's also why he isn't able to transform on his own, he only has the few genes of Belial that aren't tainted and those can't form a complete Ultraman anymore, so the capsules patch in the missing parts.

Maybe they'll adress this in the future, maybe not. They haven't mentioned the Reionics stuff ever since the movies I believe.

The whole Reionics thing played a significant role in Ultra Fight Orb, and UFO sort of served as a lead in to Geed at the very end, but your guess is as good as mine whether that means it's actually relevant. Geed's appearance in it at least feels like it's not really canon.

But anyway.

Yeah, not a big fan of Royal Mega Master. It just feels...too loud, maybe? Colorwise. I don't know. I guess I have a narrow perception of what an Ultraman would look like.

I was gonna say it also feels kind of soon to be introducing the final form so close on the heels of Magnificent, but looking it up I guess it was the same thing with Thunder Breaster and Orb Origin, so eh.

It makes so much sense considering Zoffy was who teamed up with Mebius pretty much at the later end of the story. Also, his catchphrase"shimesuze, mirai" which roughly translates to, "Display the future", is a nice nod to Mebius' civilian name Mirai which means future. :)

The real problem is that it looks like a mascot for a tokusatsu-themed casino or something Richie Rich would transform into. :lolol

I kid, I kid. This was alright, as far as clip shows go. Not great, and I think Orb did it better, but there's some fun bits in there (Zero has exactly the kind of ego you'd expect from someone who named his superhero team after himself), and when the clips you're seeing are from a show this good, why not watch them again, right?

A better phrase would be "稼ぐぜ！お金！！"which translates to "make money!" But I guess "That will cost ya money!" works too. :) Heck they should have called that form Casino Royale to finish it off. :lolol

You know Geed is a good show because a few minutes in I genuinely got a little sad when I realized the entire episode wouldn't just be Moa's comedic antics. Fights with giant monsters is only the entire selling point of the franchise and here I am thinking "Come on, do we seriously NEED any action this week?". It's a good problem for a show to have.

Also it's episodes like this that really rub in how inexperienced Riku is at this whole Ultraman thing. This was not a good day for him.

This episode was way more involving than I thought it would be, I assumed it's a one-off before Belial arrives, but it's actually a two-parter, and it's shaping up to be a really good one.

Moa is probably the most enjoyable female side-character I've seen in Ultraman so far, they really nailed the ditzy yet badass-concept. Also, her actress is doing a fantastic job, I would imagine it's hugely thanks to her that the character works as well as it does.

And yes, I'm actually thankful that Riku still rather sucks at being an Ultraman. Most shows would just never address his inexperience again after the half-way point.

Seriously. In fifteen minutes I felt like I had watched a whole episode. And would have been okay with that.

New Geed catalog pages! They're kind of small but not so much so that you can't see what's going on. Looks like we have Geed's Orb Trinity-like movie exclusive form. This is my first time seeing it and I think I already like it more then Royal Mega Master appearance wise. That weapon looks pretty cool too.

It is called the DX Giga Finalizer and says "with the power of the Evolution Capsule Geed will power-up to his ultimate form".
Also his new form is called Ultraman Geed Ultimate Final.

He kind of does. Maybe the Capsule used to transform into this form is related to Tiga in someway?

My only wish would be that the toys....I mean weapons were larger. When they're being handled by Riku they just look tiny.

I just mean maybe the Alien Pegassa appear as Belial's army/slaves or something, and it's up to Pega to free them. Maybe he is royalty in a way, like their lost prince or something.

I'm just waiting for him to have some significant role, even the comedic relief members of the SSP from Orb had their important moments in the end.

Gilbaris looks crazy and awesome. Is he supposed to be a big final boss version of Galactron? That'd be cool.

A reissue from the sound of things. Interesting to see Slugger Ace come up. Could that form have a role in the Geed movie?

It’s sort of an all in one reissue of the Ring as all the main cards are in the Ring and the Two card sets
And since Orb is in the Geed Movie it makes sense that maybe they are reissuing it, it certainly works out cheaper than hunting down the original release and all the card packs
