I’m getting some serious Daibouken vibes here. Smaller in size, which to me, suggests some bigger combos with nice transformation and limb swapping. I really like how the Blue/yellow Dial Fighters have a distinct difference between vehicle and arm modes. I wish the green and pink vehicles did the same, but they still look cool.

So GoodStriker doesn’t just combine with both sets of mecha, but changes form depending on which set it combines with. That is pretty damn cool. This is looking better and better.

I suspect the PatoRanger mecha become legs in any 5-mecha combination, with the LupinRanger mecha remaining arms.

Heh. Compared to Zyuohking - at least the DX toy - these things are super-sleek. (I loved Zyuohger, but the whole thing too "brick" to a new level.)

On another note, I just realized that I don't see holsters on either group's suits. BOO. I really hate the pull-the-weapon-out-of-thin-air thing. (Well, Go-Busters get a pass because "Transport!")

...are those spats on the LupinRanger designs?

Color wise I like it more than ToQ-Oh, the white on PatoKaiser ties in the odd color scheme of Red-Green-Pink and as for LupinKaiser can't go wrong with Red-Yellow-Blue

I might go in on Mech this year hoping the line progresses well. My biggest hope is all the extra mech don't thrown to the side and since the whole mech are the gimmick and not a part at least we won't get another Kyutamajin.

I guess the lime green is out for the year as they bring back the more viridian-ish green.

As for the Goodstriker the way the caption says "ima no kibun gutto kuru no wa?" which can roughly mean "what feels like the one?" has me speculating if it is sentient and if so will it act like Daijinryu in the sense that it combines with the team it feels need its help. Or maybe a coin toss.

I dig the mechs. Looks fun. I'm super interested to check out the show now~

Lupinranger look epic and simple got some gobuster vibes from their suits and cool capes.

There helmets are the only thing I don't like.

Overall Toei should of just went with a full team of Lupinranger instead of this whole VS thing with two teams.



Patoranger look ugly I don't anything about them.

IVe been thinking maybe this series could be a RedVsBlue style and the two teams will fight the other until they realize they are being played and the real big bad for the show is revealed halfway or close to the end.

Anyone else realize that the objects on the tops of the Lupinranger vehicles are safe dials and not hats? Safe dials fits more with the name of the vehicles and the whole thief motif.

Coming off of the top-tier Kyuranger costumes, the Lupin/Patoranger costumes are a bit disappointing. I do like the Lupinranger costumes though. Capes! Hats!

The robots are cool. I like the concept of 2 teams sharing part of the robot between them. Also, more hats!

I'm into it. I'd like to see more.

But they are made to look like hats. The one on the Red Dial Fighter is black with a red stripe on it.

So really they are meant to be both Dials on most of the machines while on red doubles as a hat

If this ever gets Power Ranger'd I predict a sect of folks on the internet will dub the dial fighters Hipster zords because of the dials looking like hats hipsters probably will wear because hipster stuff.

Because they can't get Martin Scorsese. He would cost to much money.

I know, I just wanted to make a Departed joke based on the fact that next year the main focus is the dichotomy of Cops and Robbers pretty much.
Ehh, maybe in some other alternate universe Saban spends mad money and tells Mr. Scorsese to just make a clone of the Departed but in a 40-episode format kids show cause they got the rights and footages to a Japanese live action superhero show about two hero teams that are each cops and robbers.

No in an alternate universe Power Rangers is like Marvel and is making a lot of money for Disney

Just "Wars" seems fine enough if they ever go that route.

But they most likely will add something. Because there is Power Rangers Legacy Wars, so they might add something to it.

There was Zeo, Turbo, and Samurai so they don't have to force it. If they can come up with something that is clever and fits kudos to them but just Wars seems fine I guess.

I guess we will find out in 2020 then.

Speaking of, I wonder what the tsuika senshi will be like. Maybe a private eye detective or a vigilante? I am going to guess a third type of hat will be used for the imagery or maybe a domino mask.

Why can't they be both hats and safe dials? It's pretty clear that their visors are supposed to be stylized like hats, so I don't see why the safe dials on the Dial Fighters can't also be hats.

Well i know for sure reds is a hat since its the head of the mecha.
