I dunno, never really timed it. It all clicked after reading and seeing what is shared for a good 10 to 15 minutes roughly. Also helps when one has a concept of how Japanese wordplay works too. :lolol

Yeah, it was revealed in official pics a few days ago - they’re generic and unpainted. I might pick up the two 3-packs regardless, as the unique ‘dino’ heads and weapons are still fun.

Luckyuro, is that you? Seriously, the other one remind me of goonger. The footsoldier gave me the ninninger vibe with their weapons. Seems like the old empire's royal guards soldier.

The character descriptions strike me as a little more promising than usual. I'm hoping "combat genius" will translate to a red hero less stupid than, say, Takaharu or Lucky, although it could easily be the opposite: an idiot everywhere except in battle - and, of course, friendship - which... is a template we've seen often. I'm skeptical of green's pacifism give how Sentai works. Pink's description evokes Ahim from Gokaiger and Hina from OOO.

A Red who isn't unbearable would be a nice change, and it would show that Toei is paying attention to the idea that "Annoying, Idiotic Leaders" DON'T ALWAYS WORK!!!

A strong Pink is never a bad thing, but it depends on how the character is developed.

Green being a pacifist may evoke other Tokusatsu Characters who don't like to fight, but ultimately do for the sake of others. That and the fact that the Monsters are apparently Mutated Humans will bring-up some interesting stories. I would expect a Green focus episode where he has an internal argument over whether to fight or not, especially if the Monster is someone close to him!

Ah after Build I see we're in for another episode of "I may be a pacifist but I'm about to pass these fists in your face"

I really love those character designs, and descriptions, this show really is shaping up to sound like something I’m going to love.

Shame that Toei still sucks and only cast one woman for a team of five. What really sucks though is that as of Dino Charge, Power Rangers no longer fixes this flaw when it comes up.

As of Dino Charge? Okay, that's only been one season (title-wise, not counting super). So there really isn't anything to complain about. Also, it isn't a flaw. It just how they are. Besides, not changing the gender of a ranger is cheaper and doesn't require an explanation for as to why they suddenly lost their boobs. And its easier than trying to find a flat chested woman to play the civilian in order to match up with male suit in the footage. Actually, that last part may not be as hard as it sounds. But you get my point.

Yep. I like what I am seeing.
First impressions:
Kou seems to be less over-the-top and just optimistic enough to not feel annoying
Melt feels like Sion/Time Green 2.0
Asuna feels like she is just the right amount of bubbly
Towa is a total "senpai noticed me" kid(but in this show said senpai is his big brother)
And Banba is THE MAN. I feel like even if this show goes down the sewage I will still follow this show because Banba.

I LOVE the JRPG costumes they have on. They did not over-do things I feel and seems just right.
The theme song feels similar to Magiranger and Ultraman R/B and I like it, can't wait for the tv size audio.

Fun fact:
Tatsuya Kishida aka Banba/Black had a guest appearance in Kamen Rider Wizard episode 38 as Kazuya, Haruto/Wizard's friend from the past who trained together to become pro soccer players.

Ichika Osaki aka Asuna/Pink had a guest appearance in Kamen Rider Zi-O episodes 13 and 14 as Mika, Takeru/Kamen Rider Ghost's client.

And Mr. Tatsui, the dad of Mana the youtuber, used to be a character name Fried Chicken Man in Shushutorian.

I liked the trailer, reminds me of a mix of Gingaman & Kyoryuger. Hopefully this will get me out of my Toku slump that i've been having since Build ended.

Liking the cast, hopefully Kou/Red will be like Yamato instead of you know who.

It's funny that Melt/Blue's actor's favorite Sentai is GekiRanger considering that he bears a slight resemblance to GekiBlue. Also hell yeah Tyramigo speaks!

So far, only Yamato has impressed me btw.

The opening theme will be performed by Tomohiro Hatano, who previously did the theme to KyuRanger.

The ending theme, titled "Que Bone RyuSoulger" will be done by the group Sister MAYO (they previously did the end theme to Magiranger).

Honestly, I can't understand why they are making another dinosaur-themed sentai so little time after the last one. After such an original work as lupinranger I feel a little disappointed

Because Super Sentai does not have the luxury to do whatever right now. The sales numbers that was gradually built up by Zyuohger and Kyuranger ever since Ninninger's abysmal sales has plunged downwards once again because Lupinranger VS Patranger did WORSE than Ninninger.
So, chances are Bandai probably looked back and asked themselves which sentai sold super well this past decade annnnnddddddddd Kyoryuger.

Saw the trailer, liking the cast a lot, and Kou really gives off the vibe of Yamato and even Takeru/ShinkenRed. Still too early, but hopefully the cast delivers.

And here's the cynic in me comes and ruin it by saying the Kyoryuger cast was fantastic too yet we all knoe what the show ended up becoming.

If they manage to get enough for another season then next year might do shit for the 45th anniversary

Terrific? Immense fun? A show adroit enough to ditch its weakest story elements when it was clear they didn't work? A show that managed to keep up a sense of plot development?

I've found that our community is small enough we can't accurately make statements that broad. There's at least one Kamen Rider Ghost fan on these boards, and at least one person who doesn't like Gaim. Heck, lots of people love Jetman, whereas I ended up abandoning it because I found Kaoru and Gai intolerable.

To be clear, there's nothing wrong with your opinion. We like what we like, and... I mean, toku fandom is kind of like the Hawaiian pizza of mass media; we're people who enjoy a unique flavor to begin with, but we wont' always enjoy the same things about it.

I'm sorry you didn't like Kyoryuger as much as I did, though. I hope Ryusoulger will make us both happy.
