I have just realized that the Tega Sword Robo Deka Claw's chain nectacle is very similar to Hoeru Tono's nectackle. I love that they added the Ranger's civilian element to the mecha design and this reminds me of Siren Striker's color schemes has the same color schemes as Keiichiro's uniform in the LuPat series.

A more detailed look at Tegasword Dekaclaw, which clearly shows that its left arm is a giant claw.

Ok, I know the toy having wonky proportions compared to the suit on the show is nothing new to Sentai (they have to make the transformation physically possible after all), but it really seems like they could've done better here. Because on the suit, yeah, that's clearly a claw and a pretty cool one. But on the toy, the fingers are so hard to make out and that gray blob in the middle is so distracting that even knowing what it's supposed to be, it still looks like a club to me!

I'm curious to see if the Minipla can rectify this, since the Leon and Tyranno Minipla both look pretty good.

It's supposed to fill that sort of role anyway lol

Oh yeah. That said, I wonder if this character will be ruthless like Silva or be unintentionally comedic. I won't complain if it's the former but would be fun to see if it's the latter.

The gun sticking out of his head is a really odd design choice, I wonder if there's any point to that or if the designer just thought it would look cool

That's one of the best helmet designs I have ever seen. The gun is certainly a choice, but the "scar" portion of the helmet, revealing blue "flesh" underneath with a yellow eye visible - wow that goes hard.

It's also interesting that the unscarred part resembles the Gozyugers' helmets, with the ring-shaped visor

It's not a scar. It's a "shooter's scope" like Dead Eye and Deadshot have but it's just styled as a huge X across an eye. He likely can see thru things to shoot at you and the shots might be over-penetrating ones as well.

Honestly I really like how his right eye is exposed while the left side is a normal visor like the Gozyugers. Really cool.

Can I assume that Garyudo will use the zords of the Gozyugers for himself just like GaoHunter and Killer-Oh before him?

If they do decide to make him the tsuika of the show, I wonder if we'll get a TTFC prequel. I can picture him working somewhat like Proto Drive.

I have been thinking about something for a few days.
Would Zi-O have been better if it did what Gozyuger is going?
I mean in having random people inherent the powers of the past Heisei leads that Zi-O has to interact with.
The Another Riders can still exist but with other people that can also transform into prior Riders like Faiz, OOO, etc.

Considering how a big part of Zi-O was the horror of seeing Riders' histories get stolen, it kind of only works if you have the originals. Gozyuger is basically more like Decade, except with totally different people as Universe Rangers instead of alternate versions of the main universe Riders.

Going with the villains' whole wedding theme, is that robot wearing a garter?

The fact that these appear in Premium Bandai product photos make me think that maybe they will appear on screen, which will be interesting.

If they do, it would be funny if they somehow have Masato Wada aka Akiba Red and Risa Yoshiki aka Rika Sakurada as cameos at least (fun fact, they're a married couple in real life) or Jun Shison and somehow intertwine it with the theme of imagination or delusions.
But back to Origa Red, I love the puns (Kami Sword and Original Sentai FTW, with Original likely a portmanteau of origami and original :lolol) and the paper crane motif it has going.
