Isn't complete Ankh when Lost Ankh absorbed Ankh (and suppressed his personality)?
That's what I remember from the show.

The Ankh we all know and love (The Hand) was the original Ankh, whose "Spirit/Personality" was separated from his body when the first OOO sealed the Greeed.

Eventually, his body was found by Kougami, who took out the Kujaku Medal. The emptiness in the body created a new consciousness, in turn creating the Lost Ankh character- a childish Greeed who was more interested in finding his missing piece. Over time, Lost Ankh developed a personality similar to his original counterpart, and sought out Ankh and absorbed him. Doing so allowed Lost Ankh to restore his right arm, but he wasn't complete, due to Hina and Eiji still having Ankh's last medal. The arm itself showed some resistance, but in the end, Lost Ankh repressed it again. When Eiji as PuToTyra slashed and destroyed 3 of Lost Ankh's medals, it killed the Lost Ankh Personality, while allowing Ankh to revive, who in turn became his complete self after absorbing first Kazari's medals and the other medals from the other fallen Greeed

So yeah, two separate characters, even though they were once the same being

how could you forget something from the best series ever! O_O

Yes, that's what I remember from the show.

So the way I see it, the figures Lost Ankh and Ankh (Greeed) represent the same character, because Lost Ankh was the dominant personality, because he didn't have the final Medal with the other ANkh personality.

But they aren't. Because Lost Ankh never looked like Complete Ankh. Only the "normal" Ankh did.

Lost Ankh did gain the right arm, yes. But his face was never restored and he only ever had a silver belt. Complete Ankh features the "hair" and gold belt.

This. It's exactly the reason why I won't buy the Lost Ankh figure. It isn't the real deal in both visuals and personality.

Okay, I think I see what you're saying now. Complete Ankh is NOT what we got when Lost Ankh absorbed Ankh, is that right? Complete Ankh we only ever saw in the flashbacks before the Greeed got sealed up?

He appeared this way a little bit after the Lost Ankh personality was destroyed. "Normal" Ankh no longer had 9 of his own Core Medals, so he went crazy taking Medals from everyone else. Somewhow enough of those were able to supplement his missing one and he gained the Complete form. So it's the same thing as when Uva, Kazari, Gamel, and Mezool managed to gather their 9 Cores. That's also what their SHFs represent - even though the Complete forms are what we saw them as for the least amount of time (especially Gamel...). But they look a heck of a lot cooler that way, so not complaining about that. :P

Huh, I don't remember Ankh becoming complete at the end. Guess I have to watch OOO again now. :D
