If he's to be the pureblood Granute rider, then what would be his role?

Like how would he connect with the trio - Gavv, Valen & Sachika? Will he be having conflict in his heart? Like questioning which side he be truly on and what Gavv is fighting for?

You will not find streaming sites so easily since TOEI will issue takedowns to any site they find hence why that site hasn't been updated. Sub groups have asked people not to upload their stuff to those sites as well for that reason. Get accustomed to decentralized downloading methods.

I'm okay with this if it's just an ongoing web series like Outsiders and Legend maybe shows up as a brief cameo at the end to transition us over to the new season, but yeah I'd prefer if they didn't do it like they did with Gotchard where the plot takes a big detour to cover Legend stuff.
