I'll admit i'm intrigued by the premise of these two completely unrelated things meshing together.

I got done watching the first episode of Nobunaga The fool.

This series is weird but I found the first episode enjoyable, sorta reminded me of Code Geass.

It is pretty much a period drama with mechs but it's more then that as it actually works in famous historical figures not just those from the Sengoku period. I'm going to stick with this series and see where it goes.

Episde 6 of Nobuanga the Fool is a lot of HOLY SHIT and OH CRAP!

Space Dandy is really starting to grow on me. I initially thought that it was a bit too goofy for my case but then I realised I was comparing it too Watanabe's previous work and not taking it on its own value. Now I'm really getting into it.

After ages of just Live Action stuff, I'm back to watching season 4 of Yu-Gi-Oh GX and season 1 of Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters in Japanese with subs. My ears... my eyes... It's so much better than 4shits

I've just started Ao no Exorcist *still trying to figure out why the hell I like the original name of the show better than the English name* and it's fucking awesome, I'm already on episode 8 of Space Dandy and good god it was funny. Episode 9 of Space Dandy & episode 2 of Ao no Exorcist here I come.

Man watching Dragon Ball Z in Japanese is something I'll tell you.

I'd say it's worth getting caught up though.

Goku va a woman and she was original ment to just voice him as a kid but she got really attached to the character and said she wants to continue ue as him and show that she can do adult male voice for goku as well. Sjhe also voice gohan bardock and Goten as well

I will say this about J-DBZ, it has great songs to it. I don't really like the instrumental music used but the actual songs are just so great. This has easily become one of my favorite Japanese songs.

It is a weird series but weird in a good way.

It follows historic events but takes a few liberties here and there. The way it's performed and written it makes me feel like I'm watching a play but not in a bad way.

Then there's the mecha fights…they don't happen often but Nobuaga VS Shingen was some pretty epic shi****.

So I tried watching the first episode of Pupa and…I'm scratching my head at what the hell I just watched.

It's a shame that this series is only five minute long episodes, because I feel that there's a lot of interesting ideas and potential but needs that time to expand upon coherently.

This show is also kinda disturbing but I don't think its disturbing in the way the creators intended…again, it would've been more effective as a full 20 minute series.

Got done with episode 6 of Hellsing, NOT Hellsing Ultimate as I need to watch the 13 fucking episodes of the original first, honestly I completely saw Alucard killing Luke Valentine coming from a mile away and Jan Valentine is a douche honestly his mouth should be sliced the hell off.

Are the Pupa BDs out yet? I refuse to touch that show until they are (despite being super interested) because I know that the episodes that have been aired so far are heavily censored.

My shock doesn't come from the story, I expected that to a degree, but the episode length is what makes it so weird and disconnected.

As it is…Pupa is perhaps one of the most f***ed up animes I have ever seen.

My issue with it really isn't so much the moe anime girl eating people, the emo back story, or the slight incest themes but it really needs the proper length of a 20 minute series to tell that story in a way that doesn't make the creators look like they're on crack or have weird fetishes or something. Shame too because I like a few of the story elements but it's hard to be vested in something knowing it's 5 minutes long.

I hear the manga is better but that is a shitty practice to make the anime a promotional vehicle for the manga more so then other animes out there.

Exactly! It has the shock value it's aming for, and some story points they raised were very interesting, but in it's current form it's incredibly limited, and feels super rushed.

I started watching Supernatural: The Animation. It feels a bit rushed at points, given the fact that it's a series of 22-minute episodes condensing stories 40-minute episodes, but I like it nonetheless.

GX I'll give you but Dan Green and Eric Stuart will always be Yugi and Kaiba to me.:cool:

It's kinda funny how Ayuumi Kinoshinta plays a character that's essentially the same as Jasmine from Dekaranger in every way.
