I did this on my copy of Converge Motion Zero-Two. Hit the area with hair dryer, you want to heat up the plastic. It might start to bend into shape on its own, but it should get flexible enough to wear you can guide it in place

Also note that SODO plastic will need much more heat than SHODO to get to bend.

You'll want to heat up the part, bend it back into shape, then hold it in place while it cools down.

This. I only want Kibaranger, so I'll probably pass on this set entirely instead of buying it and trying to sell off the other five. IMO extra rangers should always be sold separately because their unique designs attract a lot of people who only want that one figure.

There usually is a blog closer to release date when they go over the paint apps and stickers. I feel the only part that may realistically be a sticker is the chest emblem

Kibaranger is a kid in the show, but he grows adult size during the transformation.

Kiba Ranger does grow when he transforms, but it's more like he grows into adult proportion rather than height. He is still noticeably shorter than all the other rangers. They just don't do group shots that often with Kiba Ranger.

Not helping things is there has never been an action figure that correctly scales Kiba Ranger. The original figures were all the same body (even pink) and the Figuarts was when they were designing them to double as Power Rangers Figuarts. All others I'm aware of are Power Rangers toys, so they of course are bigger.

And yeah, the Dairanger logo is very small and detailed like the Dino Bucklers, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were stickers.

EDIT: Looking at the pictures again,Shodo Kiba Ranger looks to be reusing as many parts as he can from the others. Neck, upper arms and legs, and most notably hip. He has an extra peg hole on his belt that has no reason to be there if he's not reusing parts.

Having seen the new episode (no spoilers, but you really should watch it ASAP), I'm wondering if we're going to see articles less frequently because they're trying not to give away too much of what's happening in this super-twisty show.

As somebody who only like Sentai and not PR, I can't relate. But I will say that I agree it makes more sense to do the 6th ranger separately. There's precedent for it, as well - Bioman released Silva separately and Kakuranger is releasing Ninjaman separately, but more importantly, Gokaiger released GokaiSilver separately. Sure, Gokai Silver came with a bunch of extra stuff, but Silva and and Ninjaman seem to come with the usual amount of extras. However, Ninjaman and Silva are both "enhanced" designs when compared to the rest, so it makes a bit more sense to sell them separately.

I dunno. If that's what they were concerned about there's a lot of catchup of suits that debuted at least weeks ago by now, including things that would almost certainly be in the next wave -- Command (x2), Glare, Boost Fever, Seeker and other movie stuff, any kind of Revice catchup, more Entry Raise figures for Letter, Keilow etc. They absolutely would not need to slow down the blog updates for the sake of the show

I can remember one instance where the blog had no regard for spoilers during an early episode of Geats. To their credit they did put a warning

I strongly dislike how the scale is so off. My Sodo Chronicle Kuuga figures tower over my Shodo-X Black Rx. Why did they do it this way? You'd think they'd realize that people would want to display/play with them together.

That's what I assume too. SO-DO requires two boxes and stickers, while SHODO requires only a single box and features only painted detail (outside a very few exceptions like the Ex-Aid figures featuring a sticker for the chest). The smaller size I assume is what makes that feasible.

I haven't been keeping up, but is there any sign of Geat's bike in the show?

Wondering if we'll ever see it in SO-DO.

The bike has been used quite well in the show, even outside the premier episode. There's been a number of action scenes that has bike action, albeit it's replaced with CG in some instances. I think we should see it get made into SO-DO, especially since it has a transformation feature and its tied to the Boost finisher

I kind of hate the two-box setup, I'd rather they were just bigger boxes or something. But seeing as they're a profitable business and I'm just a guy, I think they probably know what they're doing better than anything I could suggest.

I'd take 2 box so-do approach especially Chronicles over shodo xx of 1 box but the weapon comes in accessory pack that need to be split among 7 other figures. But that's just me because i tend to buy them individually rather than per wave/box.

Well, this doesn't apply to shodo-o though, they're the best because they always come with the accessories in one box.

Twin Commander seems to come with ID Cores and Helmets for both Geats and Tycoon, which makes sense tbh.

WOW okay that's a good wave!! I really really did not expect to see the Geats X Revice movie stuff so quick; that's a really cool sign. Nice to see them do Invincible Jeanne ahead of most other stuff too, as that's now everything from Revice the show covered except for weapons for Jeanne, Demons etc.

For some reason I expected them to do both forms of Command in the same wave, but I guess it does make sense to separate them

Apparently you can choose between both Command modes through stickering and part swapping

Command better be the extra in the case because they made it in a way that you have to have 2 copies of this to have both modes. See all those stickers? You pick one set to make either Jet Cannon or Cannon Jet. You can't have both form one set. It also comes with Tycoon's helmet, so there's not going to be another one for him later.

PS Geats Powered Builder (I think that's the name) comes with the Gigant Sword aka ToQOh's sword. That's what, the 3rd or 4th Sentai weapon in SO-DO.

Something about chunky yellow designs that are just so good. Probably childhood adoration of big rigs.

I guess that means it doesn't take up a Slot later, and I can very easily see it being the dupe in the wave -- it's the main rider's upgrade form, it's arguably the most 'important' thing here in terms of merch synergy; and then there's both the dual form AND the dual rider thing going on. Also kinda feel like the SO-DO team is smart enough to realise this

Geats Builder/Boost is probably gonna be a get for me. I've been enjoying the swappable gimmick of this line, and this is another chance to get Boost AND Builder looks real fun. Toqoh sword is a HUGE bonus too! Hope they do a Revolve release of Builder at some point, though was that in the movie or is it toy-exclusive?

Invincible Jeanne looks to have flexible soft plastic for her tendrils which is cool. She also has a very non-standard set of hands -- specific hands for holding her tendrils, and then her fists are closed-hole. Neither of the standard sets of hands you usually get in a SO-DO are there!
