I started classes again last week, but I'm struggling a lot with the course already.

On the customs front things have stalled out and I'm struggling to get going since I have 0 idea how to properly thin paint/get it to the best consistency.

Honestly I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the things I want to/need to do and it means none of them are getting done.

It's okay to let some things rest for a bit, if you're feeling like it's too much. Better to feel confident in a few things than stressed out by a ton. If the custom figure is getting to you, take a break! Hunt around YouTube for some tips (TFW2005 maybe has a subforum you can ask for pointers?), maybe try some home remedies. I don't know... take it easy, I guess? It's helpful to know your limits.

I don't know if it makes you feel better or worse, but I understand all of those things you're talking about, because I've felt all of those feelings before. I kinda still feel them alot. It'll take time, but you can figure these things out.

I just don't think he'd pay to fly first class! He would definitely cram himself into a coach seat, praise himself for his ability to live like common people do, and then all of his seatmates would pool their money to get him upgraded to first class so they wouldn't have to deal with Tsurugi needing to get things from Jiiya, who is stored in the overhead compartment! This is all totally in the text and the show missed it!

On a different topic, I've been spending the last few days changing around parts of my Transformers display, and it's meant taking Titans Return figures from 2015 out from storage and transforming them. Pretty fun designs! I haven't really messed around with them in a while, and certain ones completely hold up! Specifically:

-Sentinel Prime (or Astrotrain), which is a nicely-beefy design
-Top Spin/Twin Twist, which have a couple more moves to their transformation than you'd think
-Blurr/Arcee/Brainstorm/Nautica, absolute best mold from this line, love it to pieces.

Any old toys y'all have resurfaced lately? Not just Transformers, obviously, but anything at all that's made its way back into your hands?

I am looking at the ghost ones mostly since I enjoyed ghost, and uh it's gonna be a bit before we get


Funnily enough, I've also been getting back into Titan's return, since I've been futzing with em for customs. They are really good figs tbh. The 4 original autobot headmasters are really solid.

Also these little Minecraft figures I used to binge-buy, that have now found a spot on a shelf because they're cute.

I was just opening Specter today, and I like him. The range of motion isn't great, but it's such a sweet suit design. And not terribly expensive!

Right? They're not as polished as the recent WFC-series figures, but they're a blast to just mess around with. That Chromedome and Brainstorm, I'm not sure they need much of an upgrade!

Whoa there! The Autobot Jumpstarters may have some of the best transformations and the Blurr mold may be nice and sleek, but don't forget Titans Return Triggerhappy. You can't go wrong with a super sexy sci-fi fighter! This thing is fun to transform and play around with.

You're not wrong! I probably could've made a case for singling out nearly any Deluxe-class Titans Return figure for praise. (The Voyagers are... a little bit more compromised.) This line is spoilt for choice, as your awesome photos can attest to.

The best Titans Return figure is Skullsmasher for being big Crocodile. Second place is Krok, for also being big Crocodile.

Good list, but I think you needed to switch first and second place around. Krok is a neon big Crocodile, so he's the best big Crocodile.

I'm actually not, just a little too young for that to hit any nostalgia buttons! I was mostly just joking, but I do really like the crocodile pair - they're just cute little gator designs. Actual best of TR would be Brainstorm or Triggerhappy or Kup, but they're not a bitey boy.

I've not gotten into any Kingdom, but it looks good for what it is! Especially since it moves the line ever so slightly out of the 1984 G1 rut it's been in for the last couple of years. If they do that rumoured Transmutate, I'll probs pick her up because of what the online stories did with her. Assuming I get a pre-order for the 0.5 seconds it'll be up for, thanks Hasbro UK.

I wasn't even born when Beast Wars aired (I was born 2002), but I watched the entire thing (and Beast Machines) on YouTube (back when copyright wasn't taken as seriously) so I guess I could say its nostalgic for me as it formed part of my childhood. :lol

Also, I haven't been in the Transformers gig for a few months now, but there's a rumored Transmutate? How's that gonna work out? I don't think that thing could even transform in the original cartoon.
