for Empoleon, I say go with special attacks since it's highest base stats are special attack and special defense.

Also I'm ready to give you the Misdreavus on two small conditions that you may not have any problems with.

Don't run Drill Peck and EQ. Empoleon is Special Attack based.

And for Empoleon, it depends on how you want it to work.
If you want to go offensive, then Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon, and Ice Beam would be the way to go (4th move could be whatever you want. You can apparently breed Agility into it, so that's an option *Shrugs*)

Bleh. The Vivillon hunt has yielded me a spare Monsoon pattern I can hopefully use to procure another rare one, but none of the 5 left I actually need. Have to find some more places to ask than just two forums and endless GTS trading. (Thank goodness I have access to a Friend Safari with them since these endless Elegant are still impossible to pawn off.)
