For me personally, I feel a little weird cause I got my first In-My-Name car Friday even though I vehemently hate driving. It's nice and new and it drives well. I just don't have the mindset for driving in general.

I feel the same thing too. Honestly, this is the only forum that I only check out on along with Kanzenshuu. Web forums feel like a thing of the past since we have discord and social media groups now. Not to mention, I hardly have any time to get back into most Toku stuff.

I had nothing on today, so went to see "Blue Beetle" in the cinema. Cutest moment was 10 year old saying "That's good, isn't it" during the scene where he summoned a massive sword.

Overall, enjoyed it enough, it's nothing groundbreaking or surprising, but a soldidly done standalone with a very endearing protagonist. Also he has a broken helmet scene for the last fight which is peak toku, 10/10 for that scene, 7/10 overall.

The internet will have to pry forums out of my cold, dead hands. I use stuff like Discord to chat with friends, but I only really use stuff the servers on there to track news for series I like. It's rare for me to just strike up a conversation on one. There's just something cozy and community forward about a good forum!

This is the only forum I go to as well, mostly because it's where I get my info about new toku stuff but I used to love posting on forums so it's kind of nice to still be on one.

You are good folks here, even if I'm not super active here anymore, I should watch Gotchard and kingohger to fix that.

I am glad to be here on/in forums at last, just wish I could have been able/willing to do so sooner. Feels like I've come to the show late when everything seems to be winding down and everyone seems to be moving off.

But there is just something about a good forum community. You know you are with people that share your interests otherwise they would not be here themselves, and to find those that you have other things in common with and can always come and have a chat with is endearing, and can be a mood boost when you truly need it!

Boy, it's been a while... Anyway, I'm doing well, just been very busy, especially now that I'm considering work on an Indie Comic.

Yes, I've been still watching Tokusatsu and such, I just haven't had time to talk around here. Gamera Rebirth is out, I still have to find Gotchard's first episode (since I foolishly waited when I could have watched it when it was on YouTube), and I still have to find time to watch Shin Kamen Rider. Godzilla Minus One looks amazing, very excited for that one especially if it plays near me, and The Boy and the Heron comes out the same month, so good stuff.
