Holy shit I thought we were going to get a break with this episode of IBO, but the end of the episode really just escalated shit.

I also love the teddy Bear with Akihiro's eyebrows, it's so funny.

We watched episodes 33-36 tonight, which featured... OH MY GOD IT'S FREAKING METAL GEAR RAY!!!

Ahem, sorry, getting ahead of myself. These episodes went deeper into the story of Gjallarhorn's creation, which was great as I felt they were lacking in the first season. Anyway, that mobile armor is friggin awesome. I'm not sure which was more badass, the fact that it has beam weapons or that it used Ride's mobile suit to deflects its attack into a city. Oh, and the "I'm totally not Gaileo" maskman's mobile suit was also cool.

The hard part about this is that we are catching up really quickly to what is currently airing, which is sad, but I don't want to wait another few weeks to see how this battle ends.

I just has the most stunning realization. I realize what the name Tieria from 00 comes from, like other aspects of that series. I was reading something for my writing class, and in it, it described a computer program that could "create" life within a computer based on a few rules. The program's name is Tierra. Makes sense given he can interface with VEDA and whatnot.

Wait... I'm reading the Gundam wiki and it states that Tieria's name derives from Earth and Angel. Well there goes that theory.

Ah, Jiraiya syndrome I'd bet. Where you think something is referencing something else, when in actuality they're BOTH referencing a third thing entirely.

So Vertical is publishing Gundam Wing: Glory of the Losers in the west. It's similar to The Origin in that it's a better retelling of the show it's based on, with more things added. The manga's not completely done yet, so don't expect it all to come out ASAP.

While it is exciting we are getting more Gundam manga, Glory of the Losers to me is kind of disappointing compared to the other stuff people wanted within Vertical's crazy restrictions during that poll they offered. Plus Gundam Wing being the most popular series in the west makes it an easy target for me to dislike when it gets any spotlight.

That hipster mentality holy shit.

I dislike Gundam Wing because it's bad.:p
