Your fanfiction reminded me of this epiphany I had the other month when I realized that all of the Symphogear usrs coincidentally share the same color schemes as the Northern Base SoL users + Calibur.

Hibiki - Espada (yellow)
Tsubasa - Blades (blue)
Chris - Saber (red)
Maria - Buster (gray/silver)
Shirabe - Slash (pink)
Kirika - Kenzan (green)
Miku - Calibur (purple)

Happy coincidence, that.

Yellow character also has daddy issues.

And also gets a purple upgrade after a mind break arc. It's an alternate version, but you know what I mean.

I realized these connections during my watch of Symphogear, a time where Saber was very much fresh in my mind. Which is why I have my prof pic as Touma in the style of the Zesshoushinai shorts

Also, side tangent, I always did wonder what the Symphogears might look like of they fused with the Seiken ala XDU. Too lazy to draw and haven't found any potential fanart of it. Mainly want to see Miku thoigh as the idea of an evil-purging relic fused with an evil sword amuses me to no end.

So this is something I noticed a few weeks ago that's kinda been bugging me, but the final shot in Revice's opening, right? Revi and Vice surrounded by the 10 main Vistamps?

...Except there's only nine Stamps there, because Brachio is nowhere to be found, that I see anyway, and I have no idea why that particular Stamp is excluded. I know it came out last or whatever, but like, it's right there on the Vistamp Bar in the sponsor segment as early as the premiere! So why is it not in this shot!? It just seems like a weirdly specific choice to make!

Long sense obvious to me that while Shaddam and Gorma of Dairanger are likely derived from Sodom and Gomorrah, it's now clear that the name choice of "Shaddam" also echoes the Emperor character...of Dune!

20 years ago we got Ryuki. This year we're getting Geats. Interesting how Geats based on what we know so far has similar things going for it.

It's only been two days since the name was revealed, so it's not been that long, but I only just now realized that Dapan is just the last two letters of panda put in front of the first three and it's just so incredibly obvious that I'm dumbfounded that I didn't notice it sooner.
