Takahashi and "Game Start" on the poster ? Well as an Ex-aid fan I'm totally sold.

Now the only thing missing is to bring back the same ex-aid composers (Takehito Shimizu and Toru watanabe) and I'll be 100% sold (I don't know if they are announced already ?) cause ex-aid ost is my all time favorite.


Also if somehow the returning rider rumor is true (i think not but who knows), I wonder if it could be Dan kuroto or Emu. I would be fangasming, but they might be too iconic and it would maybe "steal the show" from the new guys (if not, Im sure they will make a Dan kuroto crossover at some point, the thing is writing by itself too easily).

If we're judging on eyes, I don't really feel like they're that Faiz-ish. Like when I think of Faiz-styled eyes, I think more that they look like a complete flat-ish circle together. Geats' eyes don't really give me that impression of it being a complete circle. If anything, I'm more reminded of something like IXA or Buster.

I guess? I still don't really see it personally besides "sleeker combat appearance". But yea, I think Ark-One is a more apt comparison to Geats than Faiz is.

The 'survival game' sort of angle that the details are suggesting really make it feel like this could be some rival game company's take on Kamen Rider Chronicle.

Calling it now, that's how they'll tie in Ex-Aid for the inevitable Geats/Ex-Aid/Zero-One crossover special.

I personally prefer Geats team up with Emu or with Aruto just like Touma team up with Takeru Tenkuji.

The returning Rider rumour was from the Wolf Axe rumours, so it's bogus as there's no way Geats and his gun could be mistaken for that, especially the different half and half mechanic.


Honestly my biggest hope for this show is to have Riders stay dead as it's a battle royale formula. I say this as Takahashi's deaths don't really stick in the shows

The revived character concepts in Kamen Rider become repetitive and super boring.

I still think Ex-Aid story become more interesting if Kuroto and Kiriya are permanently dead after game over.

I could be wrong, so someone correct me if I am, but I seem to recall hearing that the character revivals in Ex-Aid weren't Takahashi's original intent but was requested by the producer/toei-staff bc of the two characters' popularity?

I agree. Kuroto was good in his show, but in spin-offs he starts to tire. Still, the role of the main character, albeit an antihero, is not for his type.
