Just recently completed the main story of one piece pirate warriors 3 let me just say this dressrosa section of game was intresting way round of doing anime arc that ant completed. So I will be talking bout dressrosa section from here on out.
so first stating the level the hole crew lands on dressrosa while on it they fight marines like kizaru and some robo kumas along the way you Blackbeard pirate Berges Jesus and Bellamy Berges end up hold and carrying the flame flame fruit you have to fight him second time to get the fruit back but Sabo comes in grabs it off him and eat it you then having to take out black beard but so while key elements of dressrosa arc is still there using mainly destroy smile factory it was funny AU take on the arc |
The Last of Us
Still been playing it and this game has been kicking my ass. I know I suck at stealth, but even on normal mode the game just regularly has enemies spot me and ambush me. The human enemies are a pain since I feel like their hearing since it can be so spot on to stuff around them so you can't get ready to ambush them when they're turning around if they hear you. It takes me a long time to get through these sections and it upsets me to know that there's more of them immediately ahead. The plot has been good so far, I'm up to the point where they meet the brothers and they're going to the radio tower. But it is a very videogamey plot if you think about it. There's a destination that the characters have to go to, but shit keeps cropping up to prevent us from getting there. We gotta get to the fireflies, but then there's all these inbetween steps that either slow the characters down or is just pointless. Oh, we gotta get to the statehouse. Oh, we gotta find Bill. Oh, we gotta find a car. Oh, we gotta get to the Bridge. Oh, we gotta get to the Radio tower. Just fucking get there already. Now what I have been getting impressed by is the amount of detail that is put into each room that I traverse. Seriously, there's so many unique assets in the game and little details that it blows my mind. Whenever I think "Oh they can't possibly have so many unique assets," there are 10 more that I immediately see. No wonder this game is 44 GB on PS3, there's so much stuff in the game. |
I have beaten the first trial segment of the third case, the beginning of a running joke between Edgeworth and another character, one i never found that funny tbh, i honestly just found it annoying, and it carries over to two other games in this series.... I am looking forward to those appearances soooo much! /s

Been playing more of Fallout 3.
I still prefer Fallout New Vegas over Fallout 3 but it is still good at the moment eg it has Liam Neeson and you can get really good weapons early on. |
So I just played through Metal Gear Ground Zeroes and I'm definitely glad I did not pay a cent for it. It was a pretty cool 2 hour long opening mission that had no reason to be sold on its own. I don't like the lack of an actual map on the screen though as it got annoying to constantly having to pause the game to look at it, especially when I was carrying Paz. My god that part is pretty much impossible to get through without being seen. Anyway, now that I am done with that I will probably start The Phantom Pain on Friday. OH yeah, glad I didn't have to wait a year and a half for the rest of the story.

I'm nearing the end of the third case of Phoenix Wright 1.
I just crushed a little boys hopes and dreams. Also took care of a perverted japanese writer who was on the witness stand. It's a great day to be an attorney. |
I have beaten the third case of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney.
Overall one of my favorite cases, i like the characters (outside of Sal Manella *shiver*) and i love how it serves as Character development for our good pal Edgeworth. Showing that he has a soft spot for toku shows despite hi's very serious appearance. Now i wait for the next case which we learn more about Edgeworth. :D |
So I just spent the last 10 hour playing TPP. I am enjoying it immensely, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, it frustrates me in the same way Peace Walker did.
First, I am enjoying the open world aspect and traveling around. However, driving sucks. It is hard to drive off road, yet, there are A LOT of enemy outposts along the roads, making it kind of pointless to even bother driving. The lack of tranqs and not being able to have a spare suppressor sucks ass though. I was trying to go through the game without killing anyone, but nope, can't do that. Not to mention I just fought an army of bosses and my tranq gun was worthless, so I had no choice but to kill them. I have to admit though, I freaking suck ass at stealth in this game. I died 6 times in the first mission to rescue Miller trying to be stealthy before I said screw it and just CQC'd everyone. Very annoying. I also just found out there are secondary objectives in the missions, which would have been nice to have known about before. -_- The controls are pretty good for the most part and I love the weather system. However, like Peace Walker, I hate this stupid mission system. I don't like this at all. I want the story to flow into each other without breaks in it. Not to mention it has the lazy cheap story telling aspect of just talking over a mission screen. I gave PW leeway for it because it was a PSP game, but this game has no excuse for it being a next gen console game. Speaking of story, it makes little sense right now. We've got what appears to be young Psycho Mantis and a ghost squad working for some burnt faced dude, which means the other dudes in the hospital at the beginning of the game were not his team. Oooooooooooooooooookay. So then who were they if they are not Cipher? ON the other hand, I'm going to guess that the 9 years BB was out is when they cloned him. Although, I could have sworn Liquid Snake said they were cloned in the 70s. And for only being 1983, they have a lot of high class technology, but then they have cassette tapes, huh? Well whatever. I just hope the story straightens itself out in the end since this game is going to have to lead into the original. |
I just beat chapter 2 of LBX.
I like how from what i can tell this game is just an uncut version of the anime told in RPG format. I got a ton of Kunoichi armor parts from a gashapon like machine, said parts are freaking overpowered for this point in the game and i equiped them without knowing this and now Amy's Kunoichi is overpowered. :lol I blazed through the fights in chapter 2 because of that. :lol I also started playing the fourth case of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney, considered by many to be one of the best finale case in the series. |
For any Binding of Issac fans, you can now pre-order Afterbirth on Steam!

I downloaded FF7 for IOS.
The intreating thing about this port? There's an option to not only turn off random battles but to max out everything right from the get go. I guess this way, it makes the experience more mobile friendly for those that wanna just enjoy the story, but that feels really cheap and turns it into a visual novel at that point...the game runs fine haven't experienced any real slowdowns but the control layout feels a little weird, maybe cause I have big fingers? I dunno... MGS5: Haven't been doing much, just a bunch of side ops, fultoning animals is pretty funny. |
I just beat the final boss of LBX.
Overall this game is probably one of my favorite 3DS games, easily on the top 10. It was basically a game with the same atmosphere as kids animes from the late 90's and early 2000's that tried to sell you stuff, you know the ones, Pokemon, Monster Rancher, Yugioh, Digimon and Medabots, hell i was drawing parralels to other shows i watched as a kid as i played through this game. The story had me engaged from start to finish and the music was pretty good. The gameplay in battles is like Kid Icarus Uprising done right. Overall i definitely recommend this game to anyones collection. |
Tomb Raider the Definitive Edition is free on XBox Live, so I grabbed that and started re-experiencing the trauma.

Last of Us.
It really feels like this game goes on forever when you play it. The same plot structure repeats up until the end. But I do love a very depowering moment in the Winter segment, it really up the coolness factor of the game for me. The boss fight in the winter part was interesting, but I think for 1 dude, he lasted way too long. Don't even get me started on the ending. Joel is an asshole for fucking over humanity just for his sake. I understand that the Fireflies are a shady organization and would have used Ellie's sacrifice for a potential cure more as a threat then to save everyone, but Joel is not doing anyone any favors by keeping any sort of potential saving to himself. Maybe he'll wait for Ellie to come of age and have her reproduce so there are more immune people and so there's more to sacrifice? Last of Us Left Behind Fucking Brick Master. This was pretty good for DLC, even if it was just 4 hours (and I tended to play this game looking for stuff and losing at the stealth sections a lot.) Riley's an interesting character, but I'm not really sure what her absence's circumstances were implied to be. And I thought she was Marelene's daughter, just because of how similar they looked, but it turns out to not be true. I love how half the DLC takes place inbetween a time skip in the Last of Us and is just a simple segment that could've fit into the real game with an interesting environmental story/design. And the other half is a prequel story filled with a lot of stuff you can fuck around with. Actually, I think in the Remastered version, they should have fit it into the main narrative, like the did with Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut. I love the sections with Riley, as there's no combat and there's so much stuff to mess with. Lots of dialogue, environmental pieces, a few interactable objects. And it's fun because it's just two teenage girls messing around in an abandoned mall. Still shows that the youthful spirit is alive despite the harsh conditions of the outbreak. But seriously though, how much did facebook pay for that name drop in the photobooth. Also, how does that even work? Riley and Ellie take a picture in the year 2033 and send it to your facebook feed in the year 2013-2015? And.. Ellie's a lesbian? Maybe? I dunno, maybe she kissed her friend out of excitement and not female on female love? That breeding paln for Joel might not go over too well lol. |

Currently playing Oddworld Strangers Wrath. Its one of those games that I never got to play back in the day but always wanted to. Its a pretty good game especially for that time period. But there is a very linear and repetitive element to it that can be kinda tiring some time. But I like the western setting of the game and Stranger is a pretty cool dude. Having a crossbow that shoots different type of animals as your ammo is also pretty neat.

I'm playing Ninja Turtles Turtles in Time on the SNES

MGSV Phantom Pain:
Encountered Quiet's boss fight on my way to a side op, managed to extract her without killing her. Easiest way to do this is to supply drop right on top of her, it's marking her that's a pain and a half. |
I beat MGSV. I give it a 7/10.

Indivisible prototype , it is everything from lab zero but better, which is also what I expect from Lab zero.

Finished Persona 3 Portable yesterday, I thought it was pretty good overall. I preferred 4 though, there were just a few things in 3 that I thought fell a bit short.
The gameplay in particular is less interesting than in 4, but of course that's understandable since 3 is the older of the two. The main issue I had with it was more just how tedious and dull Tartarus was. I came to dread Tartarus expeditions because the lack of variety in combat and aesthetics made it incredibly repetitive and uninteresting. The other main issue I had was some of the characterization. Ken felt like a waste of a character to me, and this particularly frustrated me in regard to Shinjiro's death. It felt like the only reason it happened was to give Ken some point to being there, but then he never does anything relevant again. It was supposed to be significant for Akihiko as well, but it never really went anywhere with him. I feel like it would have been better to cut Ken entirely and dedicate that time to further developing Akihiko, a character who actually deserved more development than he got. That being said, I did really enjoy the game overall. I liked the plot and characters (Most of them) and there were some great boss battles, especially the final one. I prefer 4, but this was still a great game. |
Replaying Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, but on the Xbox One this time. I love this game.
I just wish they had put in a way to pick the shanties you actually wanted to hear lol. |
Playing through the 3DS version of Ace Attorney 2, i'm really liking some of these updated visuals but then there are others that creep me out and others that bug me for reasons i can't seem to point out.

I need help with an addiction. Ever since Xbox offered a free Frozen Free Fall game.. I've kinda been obsessed. I now have Frozen, Cinderella, and Maleficent on my PC.. Send help...

Been working on Freedom Planet and yes, it was worth the wait.
Currently on Final Dreadnought 4 with Lilac and Relic Maze with Carol. When I beat both their adventure modes I'll do Classic and see if I can get more cards. |
I know it had been getting darker as it progressed, but the last episode of Life is Strange is downright brutal and heart wrenching.
I loved it. |
I'm still playing Soul Calibur V. Can't do the Xbox Live shit because I don't have a paid subscription. Kinda pisses me off.
