I finally found and applied for a new job that meets my both my interest and abilities, doesn't have high educational qualifications and also coincidentally is located on the very same building my dad works for. Now I'm just waiting for them to contact me though I'm still kinda nervous since I haven't had a job interview in like 8 years or so.

FUCK NO!!! It was basically thick flavorless paste that had grits (that have been left out for a good long while) wrapped around it. I had use the tiny ass wasabi with it just to taste something and I hate wasabi.

Went to visit the State Library of Victoria (Melbourne City's biggest library) today because I wanted to get out of the house. I dunno about you guys buy books are amazing. Yeah I have access to my university's online library but there's something strangely enchanting about reading a physical book inside a library.

Learnt a lot about China today. Something that interested me was that during the Song Dynasty everyone (commoner and nobles alike) was so gung-ho about tea that tea parties were thrown any chance they could get.

Yesterday was my first day back at collage. Taking the classes remotely seems to be less stressful so far.

Thanks y'all. My heart just hurts to much. This emotional pain added on top of the physical pain I've been through for the past couple days just....it's almost unbearable.

Just the aches and pains from getting old, I'm only 34 and I'm already falling apart. Lol! I'm also the "Jack of all trades" at my workplace, so I'm the trusted guy that gets called in and is expected to never call in. So I'm always there except for my days off because they depend on me, so while I'm not overworked I'm still worked quite a bit and often. Not to mention we just got a shit-ton of snow the other night, so ice is a thing. And I slipped on some taking the garbage out at the end of my shift. Banged my knee and jerked my whole body. I'm in a good bit of pain from all of it. Nothing I can't overcome, but it's rather annoying and such. And I'm definitely calling in Wednesday so I can mourn and try to recoup.

Definitely take the Wednesday off. Never good to overwork yourself, and you definitely deserve the time to mourn and heal.

Hmmm...maybe take a packet of salt or something with you next time to sprinkle on the ice so that you and your co-workers don't slip on it as often? There's not much snow where I live so I don't know how helpful this could be but just putting it out there.

Also, how often do you stretch? Doesn't take too long and should take care of most of your aching problems. And try to eat a balanced diet if you can help it to assist your immune system (eat more vegetables, cut down on processed/fast food. etc.). Sorry if I sound like I'm nagging but there's really not much I can do from here to help.

Hey buddy take a day off and rest you need it during this tough winter. I know that feeling of banging a knee put some ice on it and rest. Don’t overwork your self during these time take a break every now and then get better. Also my condolences to you about your dog stay strong man.
