Hoping that Zero is also built off the Tector Gear mold since iirc that one has smoother articulation than the original mold.

I own the original, but literally just want this new one for the beam and potential better body.

I haven't watched very many Ultra shows but these figures look so badass. I'm at least happy Bandai is willing to reissue all of these pretty frequently if I ever want to track them down

You're right. It looks too muted, while in the promotional photos it looked metallic, accurate to the real suit. It should be closer to the red on SHF SS KR Den-O Sword Form and SHF SS KR OOO Tajador Combo. I hope it's just a case of sub-optimal lighting.

I'm genuinely (and pleasantly) surprised that the Girl Rider got a second figuart. Has that ever happened before? I guess Justice Serval if you count movie forms.

I would have thought that the next Fever would be Tycoon, but they've already done his final form. Maybe Command next?

The Geats line is popular due to both the series and the parts swapping gimmick. With Na-go revealed the next fever release is either Punkjack or Tycoon. While I feel Tycoon is the more popular choice I feel they should get Punkjack out of the way since Tycoon will for sure sell

I know Hobby Genki not everyone's favorite but they have been good to me over the years in terms of price and shipping speed. Usually they were able to get the order out within a week after submitting a shipping order.

Well, to say this, as they have a new way of handling warehouse combined shipment, I have been waiting for two weeks after submitting a ticket to ship a few figuarts. I am not in a hurry for sure as I have decided to use the warehouse option to save on shipping but two weeks is still a long time. They specially said if I don't receive any update, it means it is still in the process. Anyway, have anyone used their new way of warehouse shipping and how long it takes for them to get the shipment out?

I'm at three weeks, myself. Sent them a request to get stuff sent out on July 20th, and still haven't gotten a request for shipping payment. And this is after having to badger them twice about an unfilled preorder, so... yeah, not a good few months with Hobby Genki.

Probably just them trying to get used to the new system and all, but yea, seems like they haven't been having too great a time with it.

I submit the ticket on July 19th so we are at the same boat. I think part of the reason of my complaint is the sudden rise of Yen which will cost me a few bucks more now.

I actually really like the warehouse shipping as they will give me many different options (Japan Post, UPS, DHL, Fedex, ....) to choose from so it is very flexible from them.

Moving to the new system is a good thing and easier way to track, so hopefully it is just a learning curve for them because of the start of a new way of warehouse shipping.

Finally I have time to open some Ghost figuarts and they are quite good honestly. Never watched the show but is it so bad that only 6 SH figuarts were released?

The Ghost Figuarts' main limitation is the hindered waist and neck movement due to the parka, making it unsuited for dynamic poses. The only good Ghost Figuarts is Grateful, which doesn't have the parka.

That being said, I do love how Toucon Damashii looks on SHF and I might snag one in the future.

Yup, show is trash, one of the worst ever.

Of course you should check it out regardless because you need to enjoy it and still can, even if a majority dislikes it.

Just an FYI, Hobby Genki put up last year’s Tamashii Nations event exclusives on December 11. Maybe HG will stock this year’s exclusives too. The exclusives did not go up on US pbandai; at least I never saw them.

Blazar Firdran Armor being a TN exclusive sucks a lot. Like out of all the potential Ultramen they could've used, why use Blazar's only alternate form? One that's his final form at that?

Hopefully since Geats has been real popular over in America (enough that Tycoon Bujin Sword was sold out almost instantly), they might put Geats Boost MKIII on the P-Bandai US website, too. Gonna have some real harsh FOMO if they don't, and if he doesn't open up on any of the middlemen services I use (haven't looked into any other ones yet, since I'm not familiar with too many).
