To be honest Saber's bike is really forgettable and I felt the Gastriker had a better impact

They already showed the prototype for Durandal so they can definitely release it. I actually don't understand why they haven't done so yet, a lot of people love having complete collections.

This whole countdown is basically "Remember we have these prototypes lying around, we will sell them at some point in the future maybe", I would be very surprised if there is even one new figure in there.

Not happening. Takaratomy owns that. But that said, Takaratomy did release a prototype of a Ryukendo figure under their Toyrise sub-brand this year in I believe Shizuoka Hobby Show 2024. Toyrise is their new high-end sub-brand/line-up thing.

Well this is for certain toku. They can promote garo elsewhere by putting him on the poster it takes away one of the rider or sentai reveals IMO.
