Not something I'd have expected from Max Factory.

Did that one even appear in the movies? I sure don't remember it.

The Midas-armor briefly appeared in Iron Man 3 I believe.

It's one of the IM3 suits, so it probably did for about 5 seconds.

I know it makes sense for Bandai and GS to do the movie suits, but I'd be much more interested in a figure of that caliber of say the earlier suit from the comics.

Oh, OK. The only suit from that last battle that really stood out to me was the one with the piledriver arms.

The Midas is an incredibly easy repaint of the Mark 7 so this doesn't surprise me too much. Since Max Factory is very unlikely to produce many more brand new mold armors in this line a repaint is the next most logical choice.

Did they at least show off the ALBW Link and Zero Suit Samus they announced last year?

Nope. Only Zelda thing shown was Nendroid Majora's Mask Link.
