I use 80W shock oil. It's meant for RC cars so it won't degrade plastic, but you only need a TIIIIINY bit to loosen a joint. You can get a small bottle for 3 or 4 dollars and it'll last you for years. If you need it I think there's a video tutorial somewhere in this thread, or you can go to YouTube to look if you can't find it.

Yeah it's a really easy thing to do. I just finally got around to putting some on my Ankh two days ago, actually. Can't emphasize enough how little you need though. ;)

I need to now go tighten up some joints on Fourze Cosmic States, though... Did it before with PuToTyra, but IMO it's a more frightening thing to do than using shock oil. Much easier to screw up.

ok using it on a ball joint is obvious, but what about the ryuki hip joint?

I also made a video actually applying it to the joint of a Transformer, too if you need an actual video demonstration. All you really need to do for any joint is just get a bit of oil in the joint via some sort of crevice or opening. In addition, TokuNation's own SentaiTamashii made a video about applying shock oil to a GoBuster figure. His is a bit more effective than mine because you can actually hear the difference as the oil works (my camera mic is terrible):

So, I got Gokai Silver a long time ago, finally opened him up, and he's kinda cool. Almost enough to make me want to resume watching Gokaiger. but not quite.

Yesterday I also got in CycloneJoker reissue (yay for finally having all forms of Double (that matter) except CJX Gold), and Knight Survive.

Knight Survive is freaking awesome. I brought it in to work today, along with regular Knight, to see how they compare. Both are great figures of course, but Knight Survive has such a beautiful metallic blue and gold that really enhances the look of the figure.
Okay, I think the cape pieces might have been better a slightly softer plastic, but they're cool and dynamic looking. And yes, his shoulder pads are huge, but they look cool, so i like them. His sword/dagger/shield are awesome.

Everybody NEEDS this figure. I think he is likely to displace Tiger and Zolda as my favorite Ryuki Figuart.

Is that the Japanese or US reissue?

It came from HobbySearch, so I assume Japanese.

Back when Gokai Pink and Yellow came out I actually had like a ridiculous amount of store credit at BBTS to use. So even though I paid inflated prices for them on that site I kind of got them for free. It blows my mind what those things can go for sometimes.

The Gokai girls were in the first 10 SHF's i got before i knew mandarake , or AmiAmi existed. So paid out of the ass horribly for them. Oh well , i am older `and wiser now

Agreed. I hope Ryuki Survive gets a similar metallic finish but that barrel chest is ridiculous.

Regarding Knight Survive do your capes pieces stay in the slots or do they tend to fall out at an angle? Also his blue eyes still shine under his visor. Beautiful detail. Bandai and the QC people in China really knocked this one out of the ballpark.

Comic Shops that use Diamond Comics as a distributor can get them for you. But be aware that we place orders 2 months ahead. So you may have to go to a shop on day of release to get it there.
