Most of the people there would love to see the place destroyed. So much is changing there at once from losing employees, new bosses, new rules. The fucking place has been a big drain on my creeperness.

Got snow here and it's 31 degrees F. Now I am off to a sushi buffet while wearing only a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals. Truly I am prepared for snow.

I need to improve my impulse control. Today I found 8 mtg commander legends collector boosters at target. I bought them, and opened them, and they wasn't much good in them. Even if there was good stuff in them, I shouldn't be spending 207 for 8 packs of cards. I am disappointing in myself, and really really need to not do this in the future.

I think it's important to view this as a mistake, but also as a chance to improve? It sounds like you've got the right perspective on this. Don't beat yourself up, but remember this the next time you're about to make an impulse purchase.

I learned that mistake long ago when I used to get Yu-Gi-Oh! booster packs. Haven't gotten any since and only decided to get decks where you have a guaranteed chance to get what you want. Real life gacha sucks, pal, trust me.

This talk about card packs and regret reminds me of my FGO phase last year, with the gacha and stuff. There's something strangely alluring about trying to acquire an unknown object; I guess this is how gambling addictions are formed.

I don't even play card games, just bought Pokemon cards in the past for the artwork hahaha.

Actually one of my big reasons for liking mtg is cause I like Buying/Selling/Trading. I think this is pointing towards me needing to update my group orders/middling manning thing so I'm not gambling with these things.

Also that I need to sell some mtg stuff again.

Nothing wrong with buying, selling and trading my friend! A nice trade or deal is always a great source of satisfaction.

Just be careful not to get too carried away with it. You want to play the game, not let the game play you.

In all seriousness I admire that you are willing to change a bad situation for the better. I hope you find one that can draw your attention away from spending extra money. Maybe start trying out a particular sport or exercise you have not done before? Walking and jogging are always a start I think.

I found this website called AI Dungeon and got myself addicted to it. As someone who is really interested in writing stories but can't write dialogue, the site does a decent job of filling in stuff for me (though it definitely isn't perfect). I actually ended up coming up with a couple of stories while playing around with it. Now I just wish I have time and space to put those stories into comic.

Yeah, I too pretty much get Yu-Gi-Oh! cards for the artwork now, since I haven't had time to actually play it, nor find much interest in playing it, and because I would love to design things like these.

And yeah, that is the thing about stuff you have an astronomical chance of getting, like in my case, where I like to test my luck for no particular reason, hence why I stopped getting booster packs. Heck, I refuse to pay a penny on FGO because I'm prideful that way, and because I know my luck sucks, same with Final Fantasy XIV, I'm poor as it is already, so I play the free trial. So when it comes to Toku merch, I usually buy the Sufobis, as long as the paint's decent enough, so I at least have some merch for the show I ultimately have to pirate. Besides, I have to find time to draw every day, which is kind of hard when you're still getting used to digital art and have a lot of obligations to fulfil throughout the day.

But maybe that's just me, and you guys have better lives (and luck) than me. But hey, you have to make do with what you have.

I have weird luck in FGO. Whenever I think to myself "Oh this unit is nice but I don't really need/want them that much" I end up getting them easily. But if I really want them, the game keeps tossing me min rolls, give me spooks or give me a different servant that's on rate up like that time I kept rolling for Yu Meiren but got Np2 Qin Shi Huang instead or that time I threw everything I could gather to get Van Gogh but got Nemo instead (though Nemo did warm up to me eventually)

Mine's more salt-based than anything. Spent 100 SQ on Ozymandias on the 3rd Anniversary banner around the time when I started, got a 5 star, just not who I was rolling for (Osakabehime) this trend went on with getting 5 stars that weren't on rate-up, leaving me with 4 SSR Servants, all but one (who was just a random ticket throw) were all for a 5 star on rate-up. I mean I'll take what I can, but some of these weren't really what I needed (Altria was clearly to spite me) it wasn't until a little later that I found out "This is NA server, I can see what's to come and plan ahead." Which I wish I knew earlier (before Thanksgiving and Qin Shi Huang) but at least I can prepare for Karna and Arjunort in Lostbelt 4. I'm almost guaranteed 4 stars on rate-up, but 5 stars are illusive, especially the limited ones. Since I like to plan on what would probably be more useful for me over favorites (which is kind of good, since they're mostly not limited.)

My family and I were super busy today. We got alot done, but I have never been more exhausted.
