Agreed that one of them could be Knight. As for Zolda and Ouja, I would not be surprised if they make it into the line as those four where pretty much the main characters of Ryuki?which is unfortunate for the other characters because I would really like a SS Femme (because she was the first female Rider) but in true fashion we will just get Ryoga (like that is a no brainer lolz)

Ryuki looks awesome, that ankle tilt is amazing.

The light-piping is kinda dumb though. In times were 3P makes bank with alternate LED-heads Tamashii thinks engineering a splitting head with tabs and slots that can potentially have ill fits or break, and that you need an external light source on top for it to even do anything; is a miracle to write home about :rolleyes

Then again given what happens when they are experimental it's usually better for them to not get too crazy.

No Contract Monster was 100% expected, the times were this sort of thing can be done are over. And I'm not that mad about it TBH, saves money and space.

Accessory-wise he's fine, Guard Vent-card but no Guard Vent-shield kind of sucks though.

Oh damn, that's so good-looking. The light-piping is... a choice, for sure, but nice to have some light-up option out the box (we're all getting the SHFUpgrade head, Bandai, but it's cool you tried. Good on you). I guess Guard Vent will just come with the inevitable Dragredder release.

Strong start to the 5 reveals, but no way they're all this iconic. I'm expecting we'll get some re-releases and official announcements for already shown figures. Or, like, Agito Flame Form? Something just random for a line they've already started would be great

Personally, I prefer having the option for light piped eyes over LED heads, because then I don't have to worry about magnets or wiring.

That said, there are a few certain Riders that I'd want LED heads for(Accel, for example).

As far as a light-up head starting to be introduced...I feel it's not a MUST have accessory in the main release and should be something they include with another release like the possible seihou dragredder release that I feel's gonna include all the extra accessories and parts the orginal Ryuki release had

Well we already know we have the remaining 2 Gaim Riders of the core quartet in the wings waiting for announcement and giving attention to Gaim and now Ryuki will keep them busy depending on how far they go with releases and who or what forms they do.

I honestly don't see them doing seihous for all Riders from each series

My prayers have been answers ! This is the renewal I've wanted the most for a very long time. This might just be my most anticipated release of the year

I'm also incredibly happy Sword and Strike are included here instead of Dragredder. I never cared much for Guard so not a big loss for me. I had also bought the original Dragredder a couple years ago when I didn't know any better as a newbie fan, so guess I'm okay on that front.

As always Bandai drags out actual releases fans have been waiting for imo.

Seihou Kaixa should of been announced and released soon after the standard Faiz seihou was released imo but for sure once the new movie was announced

I'm was shocked they waited so long to confirm and finally announced the Next Kaixa seihou for release well after the movie's release.

We're on our what 3rd Faiz reissue now with no Kaixa seihou to display with him still....

apologies if I come across as ranting but I just feel at times that Bandai is all over the place trying to cover multiple series and go long periods of time with no updates

More than anything it feels like the team is stretched really thin these days, particularly the SKC team. Doubly so because of the "face" actor figures, which need extra work to get just right otherwise you wind up with Jay Bauman as Steve Rogers from the Infinity War toyline a few years ago.

Add into that that costs are going up everywhere and there's not telling how many people got let go of/quit/died during COVID on all parts of the production side of things and Bandai slowing from a snail crawl down to a molasses jar in Saskatoon in the middle of January makes a lot of unfortunate sense.

I am looking for a shop who still has a preorder, this figure will be coming in HOT(and then they will re-release it, probably) since my regular SHF guy couldn?t find any, gonna hate buying this at almost-Scalper prices in August

Yep Ryuki sold out in 10 seconds on hlj had in my cart and it was gone. All other places sold out as well. I didn’t bother with amiami cause I knew it would be the same issue.

The shop I preferred to get Ryuki from posted their listing too late and so I missed it. I ended up getting it from somewhere else for a slight markup. I swear, I'd rather these releases be web exclusives because there you have more options and longer time to shop around

Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Ryugen dropping in September. Looks he will come with alternate Grape Arms visor plates for Gaim and Baron, as well as his own visor plates for Orange and Banana arms. Nice to see they're maintaining the gimmick across future releases.

Okay yeah I'm out, I'll pass. Gaim and Baron were so subpar I cannot invest middleman money into Ryugen. Money I would rather use for Ryuki stuff now that that line exists.

But I'm kind of happy about that realization? I will now take Seihou Gaim and Baron out of the Gaim display, swap their armor and display then elsewhere, just have fun and enjoy them for the overdesigned QC failures they are.

I've said this before and I'll say it again; the original Gaim Figuarts still look great despite their old age. Easy pass.

I have the OG Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, Zangetsu as well as Gam Kachidoki-Kawai and Zangetsu Kachidoki figures, plus the Sakura bike so Im pretty much good on Gaim figures.

Though if the SS Gaim figure is ever on sell I?ll consider picking it up but keeping it in the box for displaying only.

My only issue is that the OG Zangetsu is prone to yellowing due to the plastic used, in my experience.

I'd stick with the originals, but I kinda... gave all the ones I still had to a friend a while back so at this point the only Gaim stuff I have are the Seihous.

But yeah I'm probably not going any further in with this line, which honestly still hurts to say but there are More Important Things I need to be concerned about right now than fruit samurai toys.

Swear to Godoka, if they do Kamuro while all this happening...
