ET, when trying to evolve it from Porygon2 into Z, it should learn Nasty Plot upon evolution, so when that comes, could you teach it to it?
All other moves beyond Nasty Plot are irrelevant.

EDIT: No, no Zap Cannon. The 50% accuracy hurts too much. Thunderbolt only has 10 less power and double Zap Cannon's accuracy :lol
