I miss those times. I was a wee lad in Texas waking up at five in the morning to watch yugioh, magination, spectacular spider man all of em now that I'm a teenager I wish they were back in my life. :cry

The 90's was the last good decade for Saturday morning blocks for kids. After 2000, they started to decline with Fox Kids dead after 2002 and KidsWB! starting to lose rating after Yu-Gi-Oh ended in 2005 or 2006.

The point is that they wouldn't need to. AMC is not a channel for children shows, it isn't that they need to make a deal with a bigger company it's that they don't want a children's block. You treat it as if it's their life long dream to have PR but it isn't. I hate the nick formula but right now it is the only option and even if there were more options AMC would not bo one of them.

TLDR: AMC doesn't want or need a childrens block.

Soon or late something will gonna happen.

Or they could stay on nick and keep falling further behind. We fans might not like it but I doubt a better deal will open up.

I'm pretty sure Saban likes to have Power Rangers on Nick anyways. A more popular channel means more exposure which means more ratings for them.

In the next year the contract will expired anyways.

They will likely renew it for another two years.
