Pretty sure the "good" aspect went out the window with the Billy the Kid soul. Also, it seems that Spectre will be using the more high class souls, like Kings and Generals. I love that.

I don't think Ghost's main goal is going to be to teach historical facts about famous international figures (and at least one folk legend).

i agree since Tesla has more to do with electricity which is where the forms powers come from but Edison is more well known amongst the younger generation.

It seems like Beethoven is going to be used by Ghost though. Interesting that Spectre seems to be getting the Ruler types while Ghost is getting the Heroes and other types.
I say it is a good indication of what we can expect personality-wise.
From what I see so far I say Spectre would most likely be the Knight/Kaixa/Ixa/Accel/Goto Birth/Meteor type.

A bigger,more clear picture of Spectre. Is it me, or does he have the heart rate monitor blip as the design on his suit?

Possibly? I can see that.
One other thing is judging by the silhouette color Spectre is most likely blue which is a polar opposite to orange on the color wheel.
