The problem? Any person can take your stuff and convert it into a NFT anyway, and also it takes an absurdly amount of energy to do so. I'm not entirely sure how or why it takes so much, I just hear it's not environmentally friendly, and that can't be good. Doesn't help there is a sizable population saying it's the next best thing. Saw this one about NFT virtual clothes and whatever dumb stuff. But this is the General Kamen Rider thoughts and not "my general angry thoughts", so let's have this one. I'm a big fan of they designed Durandal. At first, I wasn't keen on him during his first pics, I actually said he looked like the worst suit in the show. But that was before he started moving and Solomon/Storious lol. Now, I love him. I love how well-integrated his themes are into his suit and how they just mesh together easily. Aquatic shoulder pads, the diver aesthetic of the undersuit that doubles as as a Killer Whale color scheme. The whale-like face on his chest shaped by the the circles around his body that look like sonars but also double as clock watches. The head's trident looking lik a tidal wave, a shark, and the positioning of his eyes and the trident making him look like a royal knight. Also, the Zeta Gundam mouth that's a nice touch. It's really an awesome suit. https://64.media.tumblr.com/93a87da1...66c163edd0.jpg |
I dunno, when I see Durendal the black and white parts remind me of an orca/killer whale more. Other than that I too love the trident elements around the eyes as well. The pen nibs are a nice touch as well.

Wait is that velcro on the suit? Do they hold Durendal's chest plate on with velcro?

An NFT isn't the actual thing you're buying, you're buying like... a link to it, sort of? That's the thing you own; a unique URL that's all your own... and that's it. It's a bit like someone saying they'll sell you the Mona Lisa for a billion dollars, so you say yes, but then they just give you a ticket (a ticket that is unique! a ticket different from everyone else's!) to get in the museum and look at it, but you can't do anything with the Mona Lisa at all because it's just a museum ticket you bought. Also said ticket has a chance of exploding at any second and they had to burn a rainforest to make it It's essentially a big scam and rich people wasting their money on useless shit, but also the machines used to create them require such an insane amount of power that it's actively harmful to the environment and they use the materials used to create graphic cards meaning there's both a shortage in graphic cards at the moment and things that need them like PS5s have had their production slowed. So that's fun! Anyway yeah Durandal's design is pretty neat |

Velcro is amazing technology. It's all over Broadway sets, allowing the performs to change costumes very quickly. Anything you see on stage with a zipper or button, it's highly likely that its actually held together with velcro.

We keep talking about kamen rider adaptation, and that would be lovely if it really happen. More option for the toys to waste our money!
But, what make western afraid to adapt more kamen rider? Masked rider maybe is a failure, but, dragon knight do quite good, isn't it? |
