Good God, those things were beautiful. I could never bring myself to paint up a Figuart. There's just something about it. Mad props to whoever made those. I'm assuming ZeoRanger since he uploaded the pic. They look like some of KingRanger's customs.

So, I ordered my first Figuart in a while from HLJ not too long ago. Garo.

By the looks of it, I got the last one they had in stock, too. Hasn't shipped yet, which is odd. This happened with my SRC Might Gaine too, though, but I figured it was because that was during the crazy Black Friday sale.

Not freaking out yet, since Might Gaine got here just fine (and is great), but if it doesn't ship by next Wednesday, I'm gonna say something.

HLJ can be slow to ship sometimes.

As can the japanese mail service, my WizarDriver is still sitting in Japan.

So I did somehow manage to get Wild Tiger for Christmas. :D

And I had him out for a little while just to fiddle with and thought I might have gotten lucky... His hips weren't squeaking at all! Then I set him down in a pose for just a few minutes. Pick him back up to move into another pose and *SQUEEEEEK*. He immediately went back into his box for a time that I feel like breakin out the shock oil. :P

Yeah, but I just found out that may actually be them being lazy and not updating it. So, it might be here?

Genocider is cool, but I don't see the point in owning him unless I have all three of his contract holders.

Considering Ouja was Genociders' contract holder I don't see the issue. Metalgelas and Evil Diver were only owned by Gai and Raia for s short time. A majority of their appearances happened while Ouja controlled them. And I fucking hate Gai so good luck selling that one to me Bandai. That's gonna have to hit dat price first :)

Considering I do have all 3, it would be nice to own him. HOwever, he is something I will not be able to afford for many many months. In fact, SRC Daizyujin is on my list to buy first.

So my Fourze should be getting here tomorrow (oh how that is going to make my already tediously long work day worse), and I had a bit of a question on posing him. I doubt I'll ever be able to order the stand set for him (my collecting is a bit restricted), so I was wondering how well he stands with the drill leg without it.

I know, seems like the cheapest I've seen him is 5000 yen. I'm not paying a penny more than $40 for that bastard.

He stands just fine, he comes with a small piece that looks like he drilled into the concrete that would balance him

Actually, the concrete piece comes with the Stand and Effect Set.
You can balance him with the Drill leg regardless of whether you have that piece or not though, it just takes a little finesse.

I don't begrudge anyone who paid full price but I absolutely hate Gai. From the moment I laid eyes on that dick I wanted him to die. Luckily my favorite character killed him :) I'll only get him to fill my out display and I will only get him if he's dirt cheap, no matter how long I have to wait for that to happen.

You could always substitute him for the Figma Thrust y'know.

That's actually a very valid statement. Those Figma's can be dirt cheap if you find them in the right place, plus the slight size difference isn't really noticeable. Plus, Gai is stupid.

I don't think people give these figures enough credit. I have the Dragon Knight and Siren and I like both of them. Siren especially for managing to pull a cloth cape so well.

I have Wing Knight, Spear, and Camo. Spear was excellent, Camo was good despite a few flaws, and Wing Knight falls apart if you look at him wrong. I was disappointed in the Wing Knight since he was my favorite (Since Knight was my favorite in Ryuki).

However, the Figuart was amazing. I just now got in my Knight Survive and BOY IS HE GORGEOUS.

Well, that was a tangent.

Anyway, the Figmas are pretty good substitutes if you don't want to pay out the booty for Web Exclusives...

Well, Bluefin just told me on their facebook page that they will not be bringing Gaven, Verde, or Ryuga over to the US.
