What's te point of Nuetral Natures and is Neutral a good choice for Braviary if that's the only nature type you have in a Japanese Ditto?

Neutral does just that. No stat is raised, but no stat is lowered, either.

And for a Pokemon like Braviary, you just have to put up with that nature you get or just keep hatching eggs with random natures.

Everstone?

I'm more confused if it'll cripple the bird at all. Though of Smogon suggested movepools, all or them are Special Attack lowering natures so I don't know.

Everstone passes down natures, but Braviary is male only, so unless Ditto has the necessary nature, you have to hatch at random.

Braviary's special attack sucks, at base 57, so lowering it is of little consequence (Better to lower an attack stat you're never going to use than lowering it's already mediocre defenses, right?), but if you're not up for breeding a +Attack or +Speed nature, there's nothing wrong with neutral.
