Well they're making both Figma and Figuarts so it's safe to assume that's the case yeah. They look like different costumes though so I dunno if that was maybe an intentional factor?

From the looks of it Bandai'll be doing the live performance costumes for their releases while Max Factory does them in school uniforms.

Yea dunno if one doing the school uniforms and the other doing dance costumes side of thing but I dunno why they need two company for that ilunless figuares are better to get the dancing moves right in posing

They don't need two companies making them, it's more that both companies want in on what's likely to be a sure success. Just like how both Figma and AGP are doing KanColle figures.
