It's not confirmed yet that Mach is Chase but personally I hope it's not chase.

Predictions on which episode Mach will debut in?

Like every other Neo-Heisei secondary rider (even the energy riders), around episode 16 or so. We'll probably see him teased in the Gaim×Drive movie near the end of it.

It will be earlier than ep 16 since rider starts in October now rather than September. it will be around ep 12 - 14 so either last week of December or First week(s) of January

I hope Mach will be a racer who teams up with a cop. Speed Racer style while Shinnosuke/Drive seems like the "Hot Wheels" kind of guy.

Perhaps he'll see Mashin Chaser as his "competition" in a race.

it's probably not chase since his merch hasnt been released yet, it's kind of stupid to abandon the toys you have already bought for chase and have to buy a new set of toys for mach.

it worked in gaim because micchi had both drivers and they were used, with chase becoming a hero and turning back into villain or just abandoning the toys, that makes no sense.

i think mach is going to be Hayase since he's a cop and very close to Shinnosuke, i like to see them take a different approach with the secondary rider with shinnosuke having a rejection against hayase becoming a rider because of what happened in the first episode, instead of them being rivals.

i like to see them fight together like birth and 000 and agito and g3x

I think that can work. Hayase becoming Mach. I hope he meets Chase... AND gets a new rider kick than a flying one.

One thing I really hope happens is for Mach to be an important character to Drive's overall plot. I've only seen W and OOO from the Neo-Heisei era, and while I like Accel and LOVE Birth, they don't seem as important to the overarching story as the other secondary Riders we've received in the past, and even in Gaim. All of the other series I've seen seemed to have pretty important secondary/extra Riders. Knight, Chalice, Baron all had pretty major roles, even in the endgame of those respective shows. As a result, I feel that the secondary Riders in those shows elevate to the level of awesome that the main Riders have, and perhaps even surpass it.

I think Decade, W and OOO all suffer from that feeling of the secondary Riders being sidekicks. One thing I liked about Gaim was that Baron felt less like a Robin to Gaim, and more like a Superman.
